"The hotel is conveniently located near AEON MALL, just a two to three-minute walk away. For a room costing over 500, only bath towels were provided, no hand towels. A hairdryer only became available on my third day, and I suspect it was simply brought from an unused room. (Though, with my short hair, I didn't truly need it anyway.) There was no full-sized desk, just a small table barely sufficient for working. This stay definitely didn't justify the price."

"I booked the hotel for one night and it was a nightmare. The officer gave me a room facing the road. I can hear the vehicles noise from my room. I was curious why the sound could be heard from my room. It turned out that the there was a gap at the window. I tried to make it close multiple times but it’s useless. At the end, i slept with my air pods on."

SSavitri DjRoom: Since the accommodation is actually apartment that is available for daily rental, there is no daily cleaning, no daily towel changes, and no breakfast. However, the room is quite large and neat for the price. Especially, there is a tiny balcony with a view of the city.
Facilities: For those who enjoy swimming, they have a long and spacious pool. There is also a gym with fairly comprehensive facilities. Also, since the ground floor has tenants including a minimarket, coffee shop, and laundry it is very convenient.
Location: Not secluded and on the main road. It's close to ICE BSD, so if you need to attend an event there, it would be an excellent choice. You don't have to worry about breakfast because there is a coffee shop nearby that serves it as well.
I wouldn't stay here for a long time, but I don't mind to return for another quick trip (one or two nights).

GGuest UserThe room is large, but the decoration is old and smelly. The bedding is stained. Someone came to change it in time after calling. There is a school opposite and it is a 10-minute drive from the exhibition center. The breakfast is very rich and has many varieties. There are also freshly cooked rice noodles, noodles, etc., but the lighting in the restaurant is too dim.
Due to special reasons, I need to return to China early. I want to try to see if I can cancel the one-night reservation. Special thanks to Ctrip customer service for timely communication and solving the problem.

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are enough, there is soap & shampoo, just the first day we didn't get water.. the room is very high on the 4th floor, smells good every time we want to go back to the room. Downstairs is selling drinks, there is also a kitchen for those who want to cook. Overall cozy but minus the smell of cigarettes every night, rich someone hanging out on the rooftop.

AAnonymous UserVery comfortable and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is delicious with indonesian flavours. The price is worthwhile for a business trip near event at ICE. Overall stay is good! One area of improvement would be putting hairdryer at each room instead of having to reserve.

AAnonymous UserBooked this hotel to attend a concert at ICE, walking distance to ICE but if you're alone its not safe to walk at night because there are no light poles along the road. Room is big enough for one/two person, bed was comfy. The air conditioning is not that cold. The only problem was toilet. It's a bit smelly and the sink tap in my room didn't function (water not coming out). Still it was a nice overnight stay.
