It is a nice place in General. But the staff do not speak English and at any case they call the owner and give you the Phone to talk. There is nobody at reception from the evening. At our Room on the second Floor there was an electrycity problem at night, the light was always bliking with the sound. So we could not use aircon, fen, fridge etc. It felt dangerous. It was on the whole Floor. We said it to the owner. But we were not sure that they would fix it, so next day we mooved to the 1st floor, where there was not such a problem. Byt the 1st Floor does not have such a beautiful View and aircon unfortunatly.

I mean, for the price paid it’s adequate and I like to be fair in that respect. But it is very basic. And it was clean. But once the toilet had been used there wasn’t really any ventilation so it smelt for hours. Location was great and the staff were friendly too.

I recently stayed at this Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. The rooms were comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a nice small garden. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the local attractions. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Amazing location and great friendly staff. Main walking street is just round the corner. Lots of seven elevens nearby. Check in is slightly challenging, you have to ring up the owner as no one is at reception. Great place to stay in pai.

Clean, peaceful and quiet. I love the mini-garden feel of the place. Basic toiletries and water were provided. I just wish that the electric sockets were closer to the bed. My room had a mini-fridge too. The place is very close to the walking street and other places of interests. The staff were nice and friendly.

The location is great.. 2mins to pai walking street. The resort looks old and not really maintain well... But overall is ok.. No kettle in the room.. But provided at the lobby

Yeah decent private room koi fish and friendly cats around. Was left waiting outside reception for a good 20 mins no staff around untill I had to walk around to find someone that’s my only complaint. Washing cleaners right next door friendly and washing smelt so so good.

Decent hotel. The rooms were quite big and clean. Reception was a bit weird because there was just a kid playing video games on the main computer, who had to call for his mother haha, but thar was all good. I was able to easily extend my stay with 1 day by oaying cash. Overall a decent price quality ratio i would say

The location is also a plus—just a short distance from Pai Walking Street and major attractions, making it convenient for exploring. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the WiFi could be a bit stronger, and some areas of the resort might need minor upgrades. However, these were small issues compared to the overall experience. If you're looking for a serene stay in Pai with a great balance of comfort and nature, Payi Resort is a fantastic choice! Would definitely return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is well located near the walking street. The hosts don't speak English well but tried their best to communicate. You get what you pay for at this hotel but I had a pleasant stay and a good sleep for three nights.
