"Price-wise the place is very reasonable. The pool was the perfect! The warmest that we were in during our visit to multiple pools throughout the weekend. When the place gets parked parking can be an issue but they will do their best to accommodate you. Lastly the most frustrating part of the stay was the key card door for our room which you had to stick in and out multiple times to get it to recognize the card which is really frustrating late at night when you really have to use the restroom and can’t get in the room immediately. The doors to the rooms should be as easy to get into as the door to the hotel itself. It did have everything we needed microwave, fridge, coffee pot, iron. It’s not most up to date location but it’s definitely work the price and proximity is great."
"Super nice staff and a location right in the middle of the main stretch of Palm Springs. Free shuttle to and from the airport!
They had fun events like karaoke and bingo on Thursday & Friday. Pool and hot tub were decent. The room itself is big, but kinda dirty. Our room didn't have a view but the price was right."
"Stayed for one night temporarily. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is comfortable and clean.
The parking lot is open. When you check in, the front desk will ask you if you have parking. It is 25 dollars a day. But there is no exit check when going out...
There is a Starbucks and restaurant downstairs. The price of coffee is more expensive than outside and the taste is not as good as outside."
"Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!"
"The room was great, with tall palm trees outside the window. The outdoor pool is heated, and there is an outdoor gas heater, perfect for a drink.
The hotel is conveniently located to the city center and other attractions.
I didn't choose the hotel breakfast, so I asked the front desk to bring a wooden spoon for yogurt, and found out that it was charged $1 when I checked out. 🤑 In addition, a parking fee of $10 is charged every day."
"The room is not small, the service is very good, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the city center. It is very convenient to travel. The bus here is one dollar and you can go to several nearby towns. The Tramway cable car is worth going up the mountain."
"Great place to stay in downtown Palm Springs. The hotel is so lovely and it has a real retro feel, with great modern bedrooms & bathrooms. Our room stepped out onto the poolside which was great."

Great
LLaurie Volmthe hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful.
I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.
TTAOThe hotel is only on the side of the road. The road is not busy, so it is not noisy. It is very easy to find with Google Maps. It is actually the most common two-storey motel in the United States. The environment is not bad. It is surrounded by palm trees and has free on-site parking. There is a swimming pool, warm front desk service, complete room facilities, TV, refrigerator, microwave, gourmet coffee machine, no kettle (like a microwave oven), air conditioner refrigerator is very noisy, American hotel hotels do not provide disposable toothbrush slippers. The breakfast room is very small, three tables, 7-9 o'clock, weekend to 10 o'clock, not many varieties (eggs, sliced bread, homemade waffles, cereal milk, coffee, soda, apple), but there is absolutely no problem to eat. The room has a balcony with a coffee table chair, and the big bed parents have a child to live without stress. As a self-driving tour stop, it is still very good, value for money!
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort.
BBINThe uncle at the front desk was super enthusiastic, introduced us to local restaurants, and talked about the Texas he had been to. . .
Uncle said that the hotel is not in downtown Palm Springs, it is relatively dark outside, it is best to drive out at night, but it is safe here, don't worry.
Room facilities are average, but clean is fine. Breakfast was pretty good, milk and orange juice were plentiful, and many guests took it to the room to eat.
The highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, which opens from 8 am to 9 pm. There are two large pools and two small spa pools, which are very suitable for taking pictures.
RRachelThe hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.
GGaileyBeeThe staff working on the reception were friendly and check in was very easy.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are very dated. The bedding was clean but never keen on blankets! Lots of towels which were fluffy and there was also towels too use for the pool, I also saw a dark towel marked make up, which I assumed saves people ruining the white towels.
The beds were comfy but the pillows were very large and lumpy.
The air con was so loud but did keep the room chilled. Minimal noise from outside.
I would say great for a short stay but not for longer.
GGuest UserPerfect environment, great value for money. Well-equipped facilities add memorable memories during a short trip. The colorful mix makes people feel happy, and I am very moved by the pet-friendliness. If you come to Palm Springs next time, you will definitely come here.
MMarioInitial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.
