The location is fantastic – incredibly convenient for getting around. Many attractions are within walking distance, and it's super close to the subway station. The room was very clean. We were assigned a corner room on the top floor; even though it was what I'd consider a 'tail-end' room, the bathroom was surprisingly large and spacious, which made the stay quite comfortable. I had specifically requested *not* to be given corner or end-of-hall rooms in my booking notes, so I'm still puzzled why Ctrip always seems to book me into this type of room. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the room size was decent, and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was also very prompt.

great staff and clean room, central location. would just recommend to do something with shower, even you careful and and take a 10min shower, water will flooding in the bathroom as no curtains.. otherwise all great

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The manager, Stefano, truly made our experience exceptional. When our luggage was delayed by the airline, he went above and beyond to help us — offering very practical advice on how to handle the situation, providing us with some essential items to use during our stay, and comforting us with kind and supportive words at a time when we were feeling quite frustrated. His professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a stressful start into a much more manageable experience. The hotel itself is clean, neat, and tidy, with rooms that are reasonably sized and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (which makes shopping extremely convenient) and about a 20-minute walk to the Louvre Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a great variety of dining options. We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers — couples, families, and especially visitors who are not planning to drive, as everything you need is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. The location is absolutely fantastic, just 100 meters from the opera house. There are plenty of places to eat right downstairs, and the croissants from the bakery across the street are especially delicious. Plus, there's a Carrefour supermarket right next door.

The location of the hotel is excellent it’s just next to the Opera house and is very convenient going around centre in Paris. Shopping centre and restaurants are just around the corner. Staff are nice and helpful. The room is big. However there was no curtain for shower so the floor got very wet and somehow flooded easily. And the room floor was a little wet as well since the toilet was flooded every night. A towel must be placed on floor as mat and it will dry up till next morning. Besides the toilet problem overall this is a good hotel and I would come again.

The location is excellent. Located in the 9th arrondissement, it's easy to get to the 1st and 2nd arrondissements. Galeries Lafayette and Printemps are less than five minutes away, and the Louvre and the Truly Park are also nearby. The hotel staff were friendly, and I especially remember the young woman with short brown hair, whose name I can't remember. (She kindly checked me in early, checked my luggage, and even offered me a new one when I told her the hair dryer in the bathroom wasn't working properly.) I was truly grateful. The room was the smallest, a twin room for two, located on the 6th floor. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two suitcases. The deposit was returned in cash on the day of check-out. There was a Carrefour just 50 meters away, which was convenient, and there was a highly rated brunch cafe nearby, which was great for a late breakfast.
