Novotel London Stansted Airport Reviews

Really good service all the time from checkin to checkout. Restaurant has a good variety for evening meals. There is shuttle bus which is £4 one way to and from the airport. Buffet breakfast has great options too. Perfect if flying in and out of Stansted.

Nice room with very comfortable bed, especially the pillows! Convenient to get to the airport, which was a £4 shuttle bus. Parking is £15 per day for guests, which is a bit of a rip-off as this should be free and included in the room rate… but other than that, no complaints. There was air con in the room, which was much needed as it was very hot.

Room was overly heated AC would only go down to 18° we had breakfast included however when asked for vegetarian sausages for breakfast they came burnt

Room is very clean and comfortable. There is shuttle bus service to the terminal and it’s very convenient for travelers.

Very clean, convenient when we had a flight at 6 the next morning, comfortable and well decorated rooms. Only part that was a less great was the bar/restaurant which was dirty and messy, with a really slow queue to get drinks when we visited.

The AC was blowing cold air in October and I got a cold as I wasn't able to turn it off initially. I had to call the front desk a couple of times before this issue was addressed.

Great location, comfortable rooms  and very friendly staff. Gym could do with upgrading.

The room is well maintained and clean. The staff of reception and restaurant are almost friendly. But £15 is quite expensive for car parking overnight.

Good clean place, breakfast had a good selection, not much for vegans however on the hot food. Dinner menu was a little more expensive than high street, but a captive audience allows for that I suppose.

10 mins from airport, can order Uber eats. Super convenient, room was clean and spacious. The only thing I don’t like is the payment for shuttle bus to airport- (4 euros per trip). Otherwise everything was great!

Excellent service. Friendly staff. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was a delight to sleep in.

Another great stay at the Novotel Stansted. Comfortable clean rooms with everything you need. Excellent staff in all roles.
