This hotel is conveniently located close to Bastille and both bus and subway stations. The staff at the front desk answered questions politely when asked. The hotel seems run down and not very clean. There were hand prints on the inside of the bathroom door from the previous guests and oddly enough both my room and the elevator had issues with mosquitoes. In the entire time I was there - no cleaning staff entered my room. My room had a kitchen but no effort was made to empty garbages in either the kitchen or bathroom. I know I am not alone in this - as I observed other people going to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and bringing their garbage down to the lobby to ask where they might empty it. When I made my booking, I specifically requested a room away from the elevator, so naturally I had the closest room to the elevator possible. I realize Paris, like any big city in Europe, is expensive but I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends. Make note if you decide to stay there, that the hotel offers breakfast at a cost double what one might pay within a block of where it is situated.

However, clean towels, toilet paper and other items are free at reception. You just need to ask and our team will be happy to give you what you want. The same goes for everything concerning garbage. All you had to do was put them in the garbage room located to the left of the elevator on all floors. I completely understand that you are disappointed that your accommodation requests were not respected. However, we do our best to satisfy customer requests but we cannot guarantee them 100%. I remind you that the reception is open 24h/24 and that we remain at your disposal for any requests or complaints.Furthermore, we have a breakfast room available for a cost of €15/person, however we do not force anyone to eat it but feel free to take a coffee it's free. Great location nearby the Marais, very spacious room and clean. There is a small kitchen which can come in handy as well.

Perfect location, surrounding by a few metro stations, quiet neighbourhood. Except the air-con is centrally controlled and not cool enough during the heatwave.

We need bigger size of the room and laundry machines, so we selected this hotel although we know the room is not amazing. Location is good, it’s near to 3 stations, very easy to take you to any where in Paris. With the price we pay, we think it worths the money!

The room size is good and come with a good balcony. It’s a service apartment with kitchen which we enjoy very much. The location is very good but in a quiet and safe district. 3 lines of Metro stations are nearby.

When we arrived at 3pm for check-in , they said the room was not yet ready and let us wait for 45mins . After we stayed for two days , we asked for housekeeping for the bathroom. No service for housekeeping and need to pay for extra fee unless u stay more than a week! We want refill the rolled tissues and change the towels,u need to go the reception by yourself. Everything is ridiculous

Nice kitchenette to use. Free coffee/tea in lobby. Location wise nothing to shout about, not many restaurants within 100m radius. Clean and functional.

The apartment was large and well-equipped, including a large terrace where we could enjoy tea outside. I regret not staying longer; it felt much better than a hotel. There's also 24-hour free coffee in the lobby. It's close to the metro station and the Marais district. A great choice.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the RER, Line 5 and exit at Richard-Lenoir Metro Station. From the main tourist attractions, if you just come to Bastille, Citadines is about a 5-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop right across the street. The staff are all friendly.

I was on a business trip near Bastille and chose this hotel. The environment was okay, the breakfast was relatively simple, and the front desk service was warm and friendly!

I booked a twin room (2 large and 2 small) and was given a room (twin beds and a sofa bed), but the sheets on the sofa bed were very dirty and had never been changed. I just lay on them for 10 minutes. I had itching all over my body and it lasted all night! We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned the room and we needed to change the sheets ourselves! All in all, this trip gave us a very bad impression
