GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

TTravertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

XXunzhaolongzhudejiqimaoI stayed at Raffles Clearwater Bay for four days, and it was a very comfortable experience overall – the kind of hotel you don't really want to leave. The hotel environment is very peaceful, with excellent landscaping. Walking around the grounds, you don't feel any noise or hustle. Watching the sea during the day and feeling the breeze at night, the pace naturally slows down, making it perfect for a trip where you're not rushing anything and just want to relax.
The room was quite satisfying. It was spacious and kept very clean. The bedding and bathroom facilities were comfortable, and I felt completely at ease using them. Every day coming back to the room, it felt 'tidied up and taken care of,' which was a huge plus. The staff were generally very friendly, not with a forced enthusiasm, but rather in a way that made interaction feel very relaxed.
I especially want to mention my room butler, Chloris. She anticipated many details in advance, and communication was very smooth without needing repeated explanations. She was very steady in her work, responded promptly, and never made me feel disturbed. She genuinely made my stay much more worry-free these past few days. Honestly, having her around made the entire check-in process naturally smoother.
I went for breakfast every day. The variety was quite comprehensive, with both Chinese and Western options, fresh ingredients, and plenty of choices, so you wouldn't get tired of it after just a couple of days. Sitting down to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for a walk was my most relaxing moment each day.
Overall, this hotel doesn't try to create 'surprises,' but all the important comfort aspects are perfectly executed. It's clean, quiet, and offers meticulous service, making you feel at ease staying there. If I come back to Clearwater Bay in the future, I would likely choose this place again.

GGuest UserOur entire stay was incredibly comfortable. We had booked another hotel for our last night, but we all unanimously decided to cancel it and just stay here! However, most of the credit has to go to our butler, Kiki. Without her excellent first impression, seamless communication throughout, and thoughtful service, our experience might have been significantly less enjoyable.
My child had such a great time that they didn't want to leave. 'Cool Coconut' in the Kids' Club was fantastic at entertaining the little ones, thumbs up! My child even said, 'We're coming back here next time!'
Now for a few minor drawbacks: The elevator was a bit slow, often requiring a long wait. The in-room amenities were a step below Kimpton, even though the price difference was only 100-200 RMB, which I found a bit odd. The breakfast variety was very limited; after eating there for four days straight, I ran out of things to try. There were also a few small details in the room that were overlooked, like a broken bedside lamp that I had to request a replacement for, and a desk lamp that needed charging, for which I had to ask for a charging cable.
Overall, it was still a great experience, and we will definitely return!

MM289070****Hidden gem of a hotel, highly recommend! I especially want to commend Carol for her incredibly warm and helpful service. I accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out, and she immediately helped me store them safely and even mailed them back home. She definitely deserves a huge shout-out! The hotel's beach area is fantastic, with loungers and swings right by the sea. Watching the sunset from a lounger with the sea breeze blowing creates an absolutely perfect ambiance. The rooms are clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and transportation for getting around is also convenient. My stay here was truly top-notch.

The room is clean and tidy, and the smart facilities make it very convenient, especially the projection equipment, which allows me to enjoy the movie-watching experience of a private cinema. GGuest UserThe hotel room was huge, probably over 30 square meters, truly enormous. The service was excellent, with very patient staff who met all our needs. The room was also very comfortable, with a soft mattress and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet sleep. The room amenities were a major highlight, offering everything imaginable: disposable toilet seat covers, disposable paper cups, soap, disposable razors, and more. This was beyond my expectations for a room at around 100 yuan. The surrounding area is conveniently located with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My parents had a wonderful trip and a great stay here. They said they'd stay here again next time they travel.

It is very close to the seaside. You can also see part of the sea from the room. It is very close to the night market Monkey Island. It’s so convenient! I would like to praise the little girl at the front desk of the lobby. She called in advance and asked them to help reserve a parking space after 10pm. After getting it done, the patient service attitude throughout the whole process was very good, and every need was met! Very satisfied. Unfortunately, I only stayed in Lingshui for one day. I hope the boss will reward this little girl after reading the information.

There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.
