Venice Hotels with Parking

We arrived at the Opia Hotel on the morning of March 18. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station. When we arrived at the hotel, it was already check-in time. The guy at the front desk took the initiative to store our luggage for us. When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, he helped us deliver our luggage to the room. The service was very good. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment were all very good. If I come again in the future, I will stay here again.

The location of the hostel is super nice. It’s around 3 mins from the mestre station. The room is large and quite clean. And it provides quilt instead of just a sheet. But it’s super noisy during night time. The club downstairs keeps playing loud DJ music until 2 a.m. Tbh, I really can’t understand why the hostel as a place for people to rest has party every night. And the worst is that it is outside not only downstairs inside the room (like the comon room).

This hotel is located on Tronchetto, a new island. From Venezia Santa Lucia Station (the last stop), you need to take public boat line 2 towards San Roma. Get off at the third stop, Tronchetto, and the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away. Line 2 is super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, and breakfast offered a great selection. On our third night, we moved to a hotel near St. Mark's Square, which was also easily accessible by boat. We bought a 72-hour transport pass right when we arrived at the train station on our first day, and it was absolutely worth it! We used it to visit Murano (Glass Island), Burano (Colorful Island), and everywhere else we went!

This was my second stay here. The last time I visited, I left my charger in the room, and they had it ready for me this time – excellent service! The hotel is directly across from the train station, and a car rental place is just about 100 meters away, so the location is absolutely superb. It's incredibly convenient for getting to the main island and all the smaller islands. The room was clean and very spacious, almost like a mini-suite. It came with an electric kettle, hairdryer, shower cap, and disposable slippers. Breakfast was good; the variety was decent. Since I don't eat bread or pastries, I stuck to the scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, etc. The coffee was excellent.

Staff was courteous and very friendly - especially the woman at breakfast. Room was clean and very large with a nice bathroom. Only negative was the lack of a free shuttle to and from the airport Would definitely recommend to other travelers

The hotel is very well located, with a bus stop just a 3 minute walk away and the train station about 8 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is clean, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. The room itself was decent; however, the shower stall was extremely small and quite difficult to move around in. I’m not sure if this was specific to my room or typical across the hotel. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. As the breakfast area is relatively small, guests are asked to choose a time slot, usually around 40 minutes which is generally enough time to eat comfortably.

The room was big and spacious; there was a double bed and a set of twin beds. There were two small balconies from which you could see the national library. The toilet was ok, the shower would flood and there was a wooden beam kinda hanging loose. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof and you can hear the noise from the upstairs and neighbouring rooms (especially the toilet noises).

A&O Venezia is located ~10 minutes from the train station and also ~5 minutes from the bus stop which takes you to the main island. Large building with a large working space and bar and offers free baggage storage which is nice of them. The bed is comfortable and big and the room is clean with air-con. The bed also has a small rack to place items and has both a charger and wall plug. However, the built-in charger seems out of date as it doesnt seem to have tje voltage to charge smartphones. So the wall plug is the only charging appliance. The toilet is clean and the shower comes with body wash + shampoo. However, it seems that there is a leak somewhere for the flooring. The whole toilet becomes wet after a shower and there is also a slight unpleasant smell.

The room isn't big, but it's very clean. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The bus stop right outside is really convenient for getting to the main island, and there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. My only minor complaint is that it's still quite cold, and the heated towel rail was turned off.

The buffet breakfast waitress refused to bring more hard boiled eggs to the serving table when we requested at 9:50 am, when there was still plenty of time left until the closing time of 10:30 am. The croissants were extremely dry and old, NOT FRESH at all. We did not expect these to be happened, considering the breakfast was paid separately from the room we booked.
