The location is superb, making it ideal for anyone attending the Biennale. The staff provided excellent service. I arrived at 11:00 AM, and although the room wasn't ready yet, I was able to store my luggage. A friendly gentleman at the front desk even filled my water bottle with sparkling water, and an older manager pulled out a paper map of Venice to personally show me the must-see attractions. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined. Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM.
