While not huge, the interior is quite impressive, especially the murals in the rooms, which are a definite highlight. The smart home features are a nice touch too.

An added bonus is the direct boat access to the hotel. **Service:** The hotel staff were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and handled everything efficiently.

The canal-side view is lovely, and the newly renovated facilities are generally very good. It's also easy to walk to St. Mark's Square, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The St. Regis Venice was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Italy. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant was delicious and the location was convenient. The St. Regis Venice did not disappoint. I was very satisfied.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

Everything in the refrigerator is free, all kinds of snacks are free, and breakfast is free. The room is large and every little item is worth savoring. Every hotel waiter is treated with the most beautiful smile. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's so perfect!
