The perfect place to stay in Pasadena

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Westin Pasadena this time! The hotel is in a great location, with convenient surrounding restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The front desk and service staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The overall environment was quiet and relaxing, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. It was a very pleasant stay experience, highly recommended!

The hotel is a bit old but the location is good, just a short walk to the old street and the town hall.

The decoration is a combination of Chinese and Western styles, and there is a large terrace next to City Hall. Parking is not very convenient, there is a public parking lot opposite. The room is spacious, but the bed is not quite understandable.

The front desk gave me three late-night bar beer coupons when I checked in. They were very delicious and the facilities were quite satisfactory. They were better than the ones I stayed in. The steaks were good and nice. There was a waiter parking fee of 20$ after checking in.

Clean and tidy, fully equipped

They are made to wait in the lobby for 2 hours even after check-out time. When I complained to the counter about this, other guests were already being checked in smoothly. I don't know what kind of reservation system they are using, but I felt very uncomfortable because I thought there was some discriminatory intention. The bathroom, toilet and sink were clogged for all 5 days of stay. One sock was lost during the maid housekeeping process.

The Westin has many commercial and residential facilities, and is also suitable for family travel. The Westin in Pasadena only includes one item for breakfast, and you have to pay extra for more. The environment is quite good.
