"We stayed for a day at the property. At first, we found the property great, better than what I had seen in the pictures. Then came the agony. The room was full of spiders, and all rooms in that category(and on that floor) had the same issue. They offered me another room(lower category) but refused to compensate for the category change. Instead, when I asked for a category upgrade(generally what good hotels do), they asked me to pay INR 2500 extra. That was unfair! After a lot of insistence, we finally got the free upgrade, but our evening was spoiled. Even with the room change, there were issues with toilet jet leaking, door not getting locked, etc. In a nutshell, the maintenance of the rooms was poor. Overall, the food was okay and the ground staff was nice. The management needs to learn how NOT to irk their guests."

"The resort was at a height which offers scenic beauty & view of nattha top hillside. The area is quite & in the lap of lush green pine trees. The room is spacious with all the amenities in it. And the food service is best i have had in jammu & kashmir specially for vegetarians (jains). The staff is extremely helpful & friendly. I would recommend this to everyone may it be a group of family, friends or couples."
