"Room is spacious but the air conditioned is worst. I stayed 2 nights, first night palang subrang init ng room kaya nag patransfer na agad sa ibang room pero same subrang hina ng aircon hindi kaya palamigin ang buong room. So yung 2 nights na dapat marelax wala ito puyat kasi nagigising sa madaling araw sa pawis. Breakfast is ok."

"We arrived late from Boracay and managed to check in to Gateway hotel. It was about 8pm and when we arrived we were quite surprised that the hotel informed us that they were fully booked so we had to wait for our room the be tidied up. Fortunately we were given complimentary dinner buffet at the restaurant while waiting. The food was ok and we could finally check in after about 30mins. The hotel advised us to call them directly next time to avoid any such mishaps"
