"We had a good experience during our stay at Gateway Hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. We appreciated the smooth service throughout our stay. The only area for improvement would be the amenities, as we did not found them compared to other hotels. Adding more amenities would make the stay even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend Gateway Hotel to others."

"We arrived late from Boracay and managed to check in to Gateway hotel. It was about 8pm and when we arrived we were quite surprised that the hotel informed us that they were fully booked so we had to wait for our room the be tidied up. Fortunately we were given complimentary dinner buffet at the restaurant while waiting. The food was ok and we could finally check in after about 30mins. The hotel advised us to call them directly next time to avoid any such mishaps"
