"I stayed at the Milan International Holiday Resort Hotel for a business trip. 🪟 Environment: The room offered beautiful river views, which really boosted my mood. The hotel feels new and modern. Its location is excellent, being close to Chiyou Jiuli City, and you can even take a Wujiang River cruise right from downstairs. The surrounding old town also offers convenient amenities. The breakfast restaurant was a definite highlight, providing a great spread of both Chinese and Western dishes, including hot and cold options, salads, and fresh fruit. Don't miss the Pengshui special rice noodles; they were clearly prepared with great care. Big thumbs up! 🏋️ Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped with a gym, meeting rooms, and self-service laundry. The in-room smart technology is a standout feature, allowing you to voice control the TV, lighting, curtains, and music via Xiaodu. There's also an incredibly advanced one-touch service call button by the bed. The room's decor and furnishings feel quite premium, and it even includes a tea set. Even the electric kettle is nicely designed! 😊 Service: The service staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, always greeting guests with a smile and proactively asking if I needed anything. This level of service truly deserves full marks! The room was also spotlessly clean. As a new hotel, it thoughtfully included an aromatherapy diffuser, and even the hand soap had a pleasant pine and cypress scent."

"The room faces the river and has a wide view of the river. The infrastructure is complete, including a laundry room and a restaurant. (The laundry room provides washing, drying and ironing) The room hygiene is very good. The service is patient, considerate and attentive. They will proactively contact us to confirm the arrival time and turn on the air conditioner in advance. Their attitude is commendable."

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. 1. It was past 9 in the morning and we hadn't checked out yet, so the cleaning lady actually opened the door and came in to clean. When she saw us in the room, she actually said, ”Don't think too much.” What does this mean? 2. There was a power outage, which was the first time I've encountered this, and it was only in our room. I called the front desk to tell them about the situation, but there was no reply. I called a second time and they said they would ask an electrician to come and take a look. 3. The air conditioner outdoor unit was right next to the bed, and it made too much noise at night. It was very loud and obvious. 4. There was a big difference between the pictures and the size of the room when booking on Ctrip. The room was too small, and the only space for activities was on the bed. 300 yuan is not expensive, but there are many choices at this price. They are deceiving consumers. 5. The breakfast in their hotel is hard to describe. The manager explained that they usually receive more tour groups, no wonder. The above incidents are attached, and they are absolutely real experiences. The manager brought moon cakes and offered a full refund, but we refused. I just wanted to share the most real experience."
