The thermostat is located in the lower unit, but I do have remote access. I keep the heating and cooling at a comfortable temperature throughout the year. I’ll do my best to accommodate you!The gorgeous original floors in this building can be creaky in spots. Sound machines are available in all bedrooms for light sleepers. Once inside the apartment, you will have stairs to climb (please see pics). The stairs will take you to the hallway of the apartment.
