The seevice is awesome.The rooms are very tidy (Spit & Span) while the internet service is fantabulous. I eat Afican meals ordered outside, so cant really say much about yheir meals but the only breakfast i had once, was not really my taste. Overall i can give Arcelon hotel 9/10

Upon checking in, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was smooth and easy, although I was surprised to find that I had to pay extra for tax, which was somehow excluded from the booking fee. The hotel is located within walking distance of a large shopping mall called Glòries, but it’s a bit further away from main attractions like the Sagrada Família. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. There’s a small swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast was amazing. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, I’m very happy with the hotel.

Hotel is good, a little far from tourist spots but metro is within 5 mins walk and its good its on a quite area. There are some restaurant around, but shop around cater more to the community that tourist So it good option if you want a localize vibe. Good size room and friendly staff, and nice breakfast spread. it has pool which is good during summer.

Though the location is not nearest to city centre, but it is a quiet neighbourhood with bar, restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy. The breakfast got a high varieties of food and drinks. The room and bathroom are very clean and spacious.

Hotel Arcelon was a great hotel, everything was clean, the rooftop pool was an amazing add on and experience, the breakfast buffet was surprisingly tasty (albeit quite expensive, 17 euro) The shower head was broken when I came in which was quite annoying, i would have thought they'd have this fixed prior to me using the room (had to fix it myself with some tape) also the tv was not a smart tv. Location is quite far from the better/tourist parts of barcelona however only a 15-20min walk or shorter transport to get there. Reception and staff exceptionally helpful and kind.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I expected I might encounter racism somewhere in the world, but never from a hotel front desk. The older and younger women at reception were openly rude and dismissive, while only the male staff showed any basic courtesy. On the second day, the glass table in my room suddenly shattered. When I reported it, the woman at the desk reacted with annoyance, as if I had broken it, instead of first asking if I was okay. Unbelievable. Because my 3-night booking was non-refundable, I had no choice but to stay, but every night coming back here ruined my mood. The beauty of Spain’s world heritage sites was overshadowed by the misery of returning to this hotel. If you want your trip ruined, this is the perfect place to stay. ここは人生で最悪のホテルでした。 世界のどこかで人種差別があることは覚悟していましたが、まさかホテルのフロントから受けるとは思いませんでした。年配の女性スタッフや若い女性スタッフは挨拶もせず、完全に無視。最低限の礼儀があったのは男性スタッフだけでした。 2日目の午前11時頃、部屋で休んでいたら突然ガラスのテーブルが割れました。フロントに伝えると、その女性スタッフはまるで私のせいかのように苛立った態度。まず「大丈夫ですか？」と聞くのが普通ではないでしょうか？信じられません。 3泊の予約が返金不可だったので仕方なく滞在しましたが、毎晩ホテルに戻るのが苦痛でした。スペインの世界遺産は素晴らしかったのに、このホテルのおかげで台無しです。 旅行を台無しにしたい方には、このホテルを強くおすすめします。 여긴 내 인생에서 최악의호텔입니다 어느나라던 인종차별있겠다고 각오는 했지만 호텔프론트 직원한테 받을줄은 상상도 못했습니다 ^^ 진짜 충격적이었어요. 낮에있는 나이드신 여자 직원이나 젊은 여자 직원은 인사도 없고 개무시합니다. (남자프론트데스크직원은 친철했습니다) 그리고 둘째날 11시쯤 침대에 누어있었는데 큰소리가 났습니다. 뭐지하고 주변을 봤더니 유리테이블이 깨졌습니다!? 프론트에갔습니다. 낮에있던 늙은 여자가 테이블 치우고 청소하도록 담당부서에 연락하는데 마치 내 잘못인듯 짜증을 내더군요? 보통은 괜찮냐고 물어보는게 정상아닌가요? 내가 깼다고 생각하나? 굳이 여행와서 귀찮게? 그때부터 기분잡쳐서 다른 호텔로 옯기고싶었지만 3박4일 환불불가 상품이여서 그냥 묶기로 했지만 스페인의 세계유산들보면 힐링이됐지만 밤에 호텔돌아갈때마다 괴로웠습니다. 제가 3박4일 묶었을때 낮에 계셨던 여자 직원분들 왜 개무시를 했는지 진짜 궁금해요!! 동양인여자혼자라서 만만했나요? 뭐 집안에 안좋은 일있었나요? 어디 몸이나 정신이 아팠나요? 여행망치고싶은분들께 이 호텔 추천해요^^

The stay was great and is very good value for money! Rooms were super clean and neat. The AC works very very well! They provide free water, coffee, and candy. Room service is great. Staff is very friendly. Not directly in the city center; however, it is close to it and to a metro station, so you can enjoy quiet times in the hotel and access all attractions easily. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, and its convenient location near the subway station made it easy to get to the city center. For breakfast, they offered a good selection of Chinese dishes such as dumplings, spring rolls, rice, and stir-fries. It would have been even better if congee (rice porridge) and pickled mustard greens had also been available.

Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay here. It's quiet and the location is excellent, right next to a superb restaurant called H83. Just 20 meters to the right, there's a mid-sized supermarket with very good prices. A bus stop is only 100 meters to the left, and a metro station is 500 meters to the right, making transportation incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This was by far the best accommodation experience we had during our month-long trip in Europe. Our room, 606, was a comfortable size and very thoughtfully laid out. It was incredibly quiet; we didn't experience any noise disturbances at all during our entire 7-day stay.

Stayed there for a few Nights - Staff was Nice and Room was clean. Very Close to Metro and Train Station El Clot. It was a Bit loud inside of my hotelroom as I was hearing doors banging and people talking from the front desk area.

The hotel is excellent. It boasts a superb location in a safe neighborhood, making access to Sagrada Familia incredibly convenient. A great perk was the complimentary sparkling water available on the ground floor, and the cleaning staff kept everything impeccably clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We appreciated its cleanliness and the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel provided filtered water, sparkling water and cold water in the lobby, which was very traveller friendly.

The hotel is impressive. Very accommodating staff also nice spacious and clean room. They are also serving good breakfast. Will definitely be back here in the future.

The stay is very comfortable with a balcony, lovely!
