Jyani05Beds are way too small. Other than that its a top 5 star hotel experience. However the hotel food is quite mid. Hungarian food is too salty in general. You can get the perfect full parliament building view right outside the hotel btw.

つじ_07The individual space is very spacious, and I can even stand up straight. The locker is big enough for a large suitcase, which is a huge plus! You can also borrow towels, and the bathrooms are large and clean. There's also a hairdryer. The price was great too, so I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Budapest.

puffyCloudVery close to the metro, easy to get to the airport and main attractions. Close to the central market, many restaurants nearby. Convenient to travel within the city. The room size is good. The bed is comfortable. With individual bed light and socket near each bed. The bathroom is tiny but clean. A cooking panel installed inside the room, amenities are great. Access to the shared bathroom which means that everyone can shower at the same time. The shared bathroom is also clean, and even more spacious. Luggage storage is free and safe with a lock. There's also a large common area and shared kitchen. Considering the price, location, amenities and quality, highly recommended.

My stay at Dormero Hotel Budapest was very pleasant. The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of the city center and many major attractions, such as the Danube River, the Chain Bridge and the Holocaust Memorial. There are also many good cafes and restaurants around, and the transportation is also very convenient.
The whole room is very clean and tidy, full of modernity, and the color matching is simple but warm. The bed is comfortable, the pillow is soft, and the sleep quality is very good. The bathroom is clean, the hot water is sufficient, and the towels and toiletries are of good quality. The most special thing is that the room is equipped with a free minibar, which replenishes mineral water and several drinks every day, which makes me feel very considerate.
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out are very efficient. Although some employees are not particularly fluent in English, there is no big problem in communication, and the service attitude is sincere.

Guest UserThis is a chain hotel, found all over the world, and the Budapest location is quite large compared to others in Europe. The hotel's location depends on personal preference. It's situated on a bustling commercial pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants, vibrant from 10 AM until midnight. Most attractions (except for the thermal baths) are about a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was decent and offered a good variety.
The downside of this hotel is that it's a bit far from public transportation and it's quite noisy. You enter directly into a bar, and the front desk, which consists of three simple tables, is past that. Around 11:40 PM, someone started banging loudly on my door, waking me up. I asked who it was and why they were knocking, but they didn't answer, just kept banging. It was probably a drunk person. I called the front desk, and it took a while for someone to pick up. When they finally did, I explained that someone was knocking on my door and I didn't know who it was, asking them to come check. The staff member said they didn't know who it was either and then dismissed my concern. Luckily, the person eventually left. This kind of service attitude is unacceptable, especially given the potential safety issue. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Budapest.

A beautiful place, not the first time we stay with the family in this hotel. This time we took a room more, it is beautiful, but it turned out to be 6 et, and the elevator up to 5 et. Next, the screw staircase under the roof. We had 3 big suitcases, it is not very convenient to pull them down the stairs. Bike number.also as a recommendation of the hotel administration, add a teapot and at least a few tea or coffee bags to the room (which is the usual practice in good hotels). People on the road are tired and it would be nice to drink hot tea rather than to wear shopping in search.
