"Absolutely loved the hotel and the location. We walked everywhere but also took an Tuk Tuk tour. Very informative and fun. Walked to a little Fado club in Alfama for some traditional entertainment.
All the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had a corner room with 2 Juliet balconies. We could watch the activities of Rue Augusta when we needed down time. Breakfast at the Olive was excellent. "

Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel should not be rated as 5 stars, it is definitely misleading by Trip.com! ! ! Almost 3 stars, 4 stars service. This hotel is not a star on Booking. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel.
The room is really big, the decoration is very beautiful, full of court style. But the main entrance of the hotel is on a small hillside, you need to walk up the steps, and you will pass a whole row of trash cans. (Picture 1-3) Then, there is no elevator in the hotel, all take the stairs, the whole hotel is about 6 or 7 suites. Very small size, not to mention gym and pool facilities.
The service is very good, the waiter will help carry the luggage to your room, breakfast is also prepared by the waiter, one person, there is freshly squeezed juice on the day, a variety of bread, cheese, ham, eggs and yogurt, very delicate, not enough to continue, but not the kind of hotel buffet.
In general, it is not up to the 5-star standard. If you look forward to the supporting facilities and facilities of a 5-star hotel like us, don't choose this one. If you want to experience the court-style room, you can choose.

Amazing
MMissTangNice hipster hotel with rooftop bar! Cool atmosphere in the restaurant/bar downstairs at lobby. Super friendly staff and they have a DJ in the evenings so can enjoy your evening there. Location was a little far from the central but not too bad…connected to a lot of public transport and can walk to the main areas in 20-30min. Clean and spacious rooms. Only thing would love to have had a kettle in the room and cups or glasses to have wine or coffee.

Great
MMathewTBrilliant location and a great place as a base to move around The Avenida metro is super close and you are in the heart of the city ! Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais Do Sodre etc are all very accessible from here. 20 mins and 8 EUR arrive (Uber) from the airport as well.
Clean hotel and friendly staff! Affordable breakfast at EUR 14 a day but there are plenty of great options around the hotel as well.

HHectorTo be honest the moment we arrived to the street it is located we were far from amazed: it looked old, full of graffities and quite poor, but it turn out to be very safe, convenient (full of small food and hygine stores), next to the oldes tram line (one of the city attractions) and just a walk up to the historical part of Lisbon. The hotel itself is what you may expect: small but adequate rooms without air conditioning (truth to be told, the fan was more than enough even in August) and the shared bathrooms were way better than I thought, one per 2-3 rooms, big and very clean. Considering how fxxxx expensive the hotels in Lisbon are, this one is a good option.
