The air conditioner doesn’t work, and the entire room is dusty. When I informed the staff, there was no proper response. Honestly, it feels like a complete waste of money. Once you’re inside the room, there’s no way to call and complain—you’re forced to walk all the way to the reception for even the smallest issue. Very disappointing. Definitely not coming again, ever!

It was ok. Clean, location was ok, very quite place. Morning kinda long traffic out from here. Just that the receptionist will not be available for late check-in, need to call to get the receptionist to come, about 5 minutes then come. Checkout is easy, just dropped the card, was checkout in the morning and no one was there.

Overall clean unit, but only one staff working at reception, sometimes cannot locate them. At night seems quite dark nearby seems not safe to walk to nearest mall

Booked for foreign visitor. No complaints on overall. Its classed as 4 star but no swimming pool. Car parking lighting can be improved

Checking was fast and efficient .The room 1504 was average ,with torn day curtain.The TV was faulty.Only 1 channel available.No proper signage to the hotel parking and exit from car park.

Waited 20 mins outside the room for the low battery door knob which not functioning at 2am Changed to another room after the long waited arrangement. Might have check the functionality from time to time.

Room was very clean and spacious. Location was good if self drive. Only cons is no free parking on site. Paid parking just next door but quite limited lots.
