The hotel is in a great location with lots of amazing restaurants in the vicinity. The staff is super courteous. On the day of the checkout, we had to leave before the restaurant opened, and they prepared a breakfast bag for us without us requesting it. ❤️

Tirant hotel is in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarters and many attractions can be accessed by walking. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant. Some rooms are spacious with balcony. The feeling in this hotel is of tranquility. The view from the sky lounge is amazing. Good breakfast with many choices. All the staff were helpful and kind.

The hotel is located in the middle of Hanoi's tourist Old Quarter and is decorated in French style. For me the hotel had the perfect location. There is nothing negative about the entire hotel! Particularly noteworthy was the incredibly friendly and courteous staff!! I can only warmly recommend this hotel to every visitor to Hanoi and thanks again to the great staff!!

Nice hotel in a perfect location. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the rooftop bar is great and offers good food. You should not be to hungry, because the portions are small.

I was transferred to this hotel when the one I originally booked closed for Tet. The process was smooth, they made it very easy for me. Na at the front desk went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation. I can’t thank her enough for that! Location is perfect. Quiet yet close enough to the action. The views from the room and the rooftop were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with good location for walking around old quarters. DON , the customer service was so professional and remembers me during my entire stay with dailynfreetings and check in. All other services were kind and friendly and the hotel room was great too. There was mild renovation going on during our stay, though not heavily impacted but occasionally, during the day, you can hear some reno noise.

Truly wonderful service, great location, very nice rooms, the best tasting restaurant on rooftop with amazing views. Really happy we stayed here. The employee named Don also helped upgrade our room, book us a train ticket last minute, store our bags, and and check out late. The only minor improvement could be that the gym is limited and had a slightly not working machine. Overall would recommend to everyone.

The breakfast is good and the restaurant is also good. The room is clean and tidy. I recommend everyone to stay. The red wine in the restaurant is good. The hotel front desk service is good, the restaurant service is good, and the breakfast room service is also good.

The front desk and other staff are very friendly, and the breakfast buffet is also good. The location is excellent, the old city center is right outside, there are restaurants everywhere, and the river is also next to it. The top floor of the hotel is very beautiful, with a view. The swimming pool is a bit small and the disinfectant is used a lot, but everything else is very good. The suitcases can be stored, which is convenient for travel. A very cost-effective hotel
