Hanoi Tirant Hotel Reviews

The hotel is located in the middle of Hanoi's tourist Old Quarter and is decorated in French style. For me the hotel had the perfect location. There is nothing negative about the entire hotel! Particularly noteworthy was the incredibly friendly and courteous staff!! I can only warmly recommend this hotel to every visitor to Hanoi and thanks again to the great staff!!

Nice hotel in a perfect location. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the rooftop bar is great and offers good food. You should not be to hungry, because the portions are small.

I was transferred to this hotel when the one I originally booked closed for Tet. The process was smooth, they made it very easy for me. Na at the front desk went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation. I can’t thank her enough for that! Location is perfect. Quiet yet close enough to the action. The views from the room and the rooftop were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with good location for walking around old quarters. DON , the customer service was so professional and remembers me during my entire stay with dailynfreetings and check in. All other services were kind and friendly and the hotel room was great too. There was mild renovation going on during our stay, though not heavily impacted but occasionally, during the day, you can hear some reno noise.

The hotel location was amazing. It closed to all prominent tourist attractions and streets. A must book accommodation!

Truly wonderful service, great location, very nice rooms, the best tasting restaurant on rooftop with amazing views. Really happy we stayed here. The employee named Don also helped upgrade our room, book us a train ticket last minute, store our bags, and and check out late. The only minor improvement could be that the gym is limited and had a slightly not working machine. Overall would recommend to everyone.

Excellent service provided by hotel staff. The location of the hotel is also strategic if want to tour old town. Recommend to stay at Tirant if return to Hanoi. Best to pick balcony room

Simply fantastic - from the friendliness and efficiency of the service to the rooms and the wonderful rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. I think for a hotel of this standard, it is excellent value. I am staying again when I return to Hanoi!

In addition to booking this deluxe double room, I also booked an executive room. The rooms are very good and the breakfast is also very rich. Every time I go out, especially abroad, I will never go wrong by choosing a hotel on Ctrip.

The restaurant is beautiful

We stayed in the family suite room 502. The room is big and beautiful! It has windows and a small balcony, which is comfortable. Even though it faces the road, it's not very noisy. Close to Hoan Kiem and the lake. The GRAB downloaded before coming to Hanoi does not work. The lobby manager called a GRAB taxi for me, and it went smoothly from the hotel to President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum for 45,000VND (14RMB). When we came back, we accidentally took a black car waiting for passengers outside the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. I was ripped off for 890,000VND (265RMB)!!!! I’m so a**. Black taxis also have meter machines, which initially showed 20,000 VND. Unexpectedly, the meter fare increased so quickly! I should have taken a picture of his license plate, but at that time I was so shocked that I didn’t take any action. It was my first time to travel to Vietnam. Everyone including the airport pick-up driver, hotel, restaurant, and tourist attraction attendants were very kind! Therefore, I am no longer wary of black cars... Please be careful of illegal cars!
