"I stayed there for several days in a row. I only had one room card, which I accidentally left in the room. For this reason, the front desk lady remembered me and gave me two cards. There is a park and a traffic light outside the hotel, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the downtown area. Peterborough is a nice city, small but complete, with a large cathedral and a sense of historical architecture."

At first I wondered why there was no mineral water, but later I found that the hotel lobby provided free sparkling water and purified water, as well as ice cubes, which was very user-friendly. The waiter was very friendly, the hotel was quiet outside, the environment was very good, and there was free parking."

The air conditioning was customisable and worked flawlessly throughout the stay, adding to our comfort. 🧴 All the toiletries were fully stocked and ready to use — a small but thoughtful touch. 🕛 One thing we really appreciated was the 12 PM checkout time, which is later than many other hotels. It gave us extra time to relax and pack without feeling rushed. 🛍️ The location is super convenient — just a 5-minute walk to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping easy. 🔌 Another highlight was the electric vehicle charging available in the hotel parking, which was exactly what we needed. 💷 Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with great service and thoughtful amenities. "Quiet location, a local family restaurant is nearby. Room price is very very competitive! 10 minutes drive to city centre but just 5-7 minutes drive to Nene park which is great. Room renovation and breakfast buffet are the same as other Holiday Inn Express do. Food quality is expected and consistent. Shower water pressure was not very very strong but still acceptable."

"Check in was smooth. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located is a very good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city Center, yet very close to pop in and out when need. Overall, we had a fabulous time at Holiday Inn Peterborough. I’d recommend it any day."

"I stayed for one night at a rate of £42. The hotel is located in a busy service station area, so there was plenty of activity around. Despite this, the hotel itself was quiet. Although it was clearly fully booked, we didn’t hear any noise from outside or other guests, suggesting that the rooms are either well soundproofed or fellow guests were very considerate. There’s no restaurant or café within the hotel itself, but McDonald’s and several other fast-food options are conveniently located in the neighbouring building."

"The standard rooms are small and old-fashioned, with no lift. Breakfast is full English breakfast, no noodles, no fried rice, no porridge, only bread butter butter bacon sausage fried tomato omelette scrambled eggs beans, coffee juice yogurt fruit. Strange things must be handed over by the waiter, not taken by yourself."

"This is a very old hotel, the hotel is a bit old, but the room is large, the hotel is good, the only drawback is that there is no elevator on the second floor, but the overall stay experience is still good, the best choice for family travel, facilities are also very good!"
