"This hotel is absolutely terrible! Beware! The environment is awful, it's a consumer scam, and the price is incredibly low! 1. This hotel is extremely far from Uluru, but it appeared when we searched for Uluru. Because we were in a rush to book, we made a mistake and discovered it was almost a 5-hour drive from Uluru. When we tried to cancel, we were told it was impossible to cancel and there was no refund. Is this consumer fraud or a platform error? 2. The room amenities are extremely poor. For a price, this is unacceptable. It's a complete rip-off. The entire room only has a table and a refrigerator. 3. The bedding is terrible and dirty. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in. There were black bugs in the bed and even in the lamp. 4. The bathroom is a distance from the room, and I've never seen such a disgusting bathroom and toilet. Every toilet and bathroom had countless flying insects. The ceiling is open to the outside with no privacy, allowing many insects to fly in due to their attraction to light. I even had an insect land on me while I was showering! It was absolutely disgusting! I have never stayed in such a disappointing place before. It was absolutely terrible!"

"This resort offers a wonderful experience. Despite being in a fairly remote location globally, we enjoyed a comfortable living environment and excellent service (though it comes at a price). The food is fantastic, but I felt it was geared more towards Western and Southeast Asian palates. If that's what Australian cuisine is like, then so be it. Also, as it's Australia, the toilets are a bit dirty, but much cleaner than elsewhere. It was possible to combine both resort life and nature activities."
