"The hotel looks great and overall okay. They have an app to book buggy service but the timings are inconsistent and sometimes they don’t respond. Our last day i booked and five buggies drove past us and i had to flag down the next. Breakfast is a complete mess and not the greatest variety. Went to Italian restaurant when we arrived and they have a good menu of cocktails, but server said they don’t make them at that restaurant. I asked why they have a full menu of options and she said she didn’t know. There is no beach access close but the main pool is okay but can be a bit crowded. Overall the look is five stars, but at best 3 would be fair. Not much for couples in the evenings, we went to Matador restaurant down the street and it was amazing. From the cost to experience perspective, i would not rebook at this hotel."

"we stayed here during TET, the overall environment of the resort is amazing, it is chill and clean. my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us. The staff is attentive, nice and helpful. There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well. There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders. It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure."

"Wow! This place was amazing, right next to the beach. I could ocean from my room balcony. I absolutely loved the swimming pool bar, cocktails were awesome, need to try their Mojito it was so herbal alcoholic fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet food was exceptionally good. You can conveniently book tours at the reception. The layout and design of the resort was creative and beautiful with a mixture of culture. You could explore the resort for a days and not get bored. They have their own convenient store on the premises. The markets is not to far away and I found that Taxi and grab drivers tend to camp out the front waiting for customers so it was easy and fast to book one. An Unforgettable stay. We are definitely going be staying here again in future"

"The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, i love the design of this resort. one dissatisfaction is with the internet service during my recent stay a, Unfortunately the internet was extremely slow and unreliable, making it impossible for us to use it smoothly through phones or watching tv. smart TV could not function properly due to the poor internet quality. we were forced to use 10GB of our phone’s data just to watch Netflix on the TV yesterday."

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and shuttled us to and from our poolside rooms whenever a buggy was available. The breakfast selection was very good, and the in-house spa and professional and well done. Nearby restaurants are accessible via ride-hailing apps, and food delivery can be made as well. The room was well kept and made-up daily."

"This is a condo with a 5 star hotel facility. However, the service part is not as professional as the hotel. The condo is new. There are facilities like a gym, swimming pool, mini Mart and restaurants. The seaside is just walking distance from the condo. The only inconvenient thing is difficult public transportation to towns and fishing villages. The room is well equipped with a fridge, electric stove, towels, slippers, water heater."

"New hotel. More precisely not a hotel, but aparthotel. Apartment is new. Everything is clean, comfortable. I recorded a big rum tour, but it won't fit here. In terms of rest in privacy, this is a beautiful place on the first line. I went out in the sea from the morning and lay at the pool all day. There is a spa. But I wasn't there. At all three swimming pools are on the territory of the complex. This is where all the entertainment ends. The building is 17 km from Muine. And if you don't have a bike, there's no chance you have a morning coffee in a sea view cafe. And there will be no. If you certainly don't ride to Muine every morning by taxi. In general this is a place for privacy. After 10 p.m. here at all silence and darkness. "The room is spacious and features an L-shaped balcony, only the toilet is quite narrow. There is a reasonable surcharge amount per night for accompanying pets. While the location is quite far from the city center which is not convenient for dining out, the resort’s restaurant offers good food at affordable prices."
