Our room was right on the beach. The resort grounds are beautiful, and the ambiance shifts wonderfully from day to night. In the evenings, the small bar stays open until 3 AM with a live band, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

The setting is stunning, but everything else was awful. This place used to be a Holiday Inn property, but since a private owner acquired it after the pandemic, the service has completely gone downhill. The decor is also very outdated.

Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: The sea water is absolutely crystal clear, needless to say. Service: When I had an issue and contacted Trip.com for assistance, they responded immediately. The only drawback on Phi Phi Island is the overwhelming number of mosquitoes at night – it's not just a few, there are an incredible amount.

They took 15,990 baht off me when the property was accidentally booked by myself when I mistakenly booked it meaning to book the hotel next door. I know, a mistake on my part, but it was all done due to the stress we were put through here where we had already checked in and checked out due to the state of the rooms. Never in my life have I experienced such rude staff. Booked and requested to cancel within 5 minutes after noticing it was a mistake as we previously had to leave here due to the state of the rooms and how unhygienic they were. Would highly recommend not to stay here. Have pictures of what we witnessed upon arrival, and it is extremely hard to explain how bad the smell was in the room also. A really disappointing visit. No help whatsoever. Should not be 4 stars. More of a budget hostel set up with poor staff.

Best place to stay! Second time here

Absolutely loved the location. I wish there breakfast had more option for the amount of money we paid the breakfast was below average. Plus you will need to spend extra money on speed boat when you reach Phi Phi island as this is another 20mins ride from pier.  Overall, Expect the location and the calming atmosphere I didn't see what we paid for. Property will find something else next time.

Our experience was exceptional; however, we were not informed about the boat schedule in advance and were advised to inquire upon arrival. When booking, we realized that the only mode of transportation to the destination was by boat, which unfortunately led to a missed day of our stay due to check-in delays. Despite this, the service exceeded our expectations. In particular, a staff member named Rika provided outstanding service, attentively catering to our dietary needs. She was truly an asset to the team and enhanced our overall experience.

A bit outdated, but over all the resort was great - staff was very friendly, caring and supportive. House keeping was lacking on one day, where the room wasn’t serviced until 3pm, after we called about the lack of service. It happened only on one day. We had a wonderful time at Phi Phi holiday resort and the food was great and had many restaurants to choose from. Many activities to choose from also. 

The hotel resort is HUGE, some bungalows are conveniently located beside the lobby and the beach, some of them are a bit of a walk up the hill. The resort is newly renovated so everything is in good condition.

The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation. Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand. Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going. Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

Bad experince, we were unlucky probably with the clean of the room and the situation. I think there could be more attention to clean pf the rooms and maintenance of the service; it should be a 4 star hotel. Also the movement from the port is difficult and expensive, at least should be provided a service at the first arrival.

Koh Phi Phi Holiday Resort offers a peaceful escape with stunning beachfront views and a great mix of nature and comfort. I enjoyed the friendly service, delicious breakfast options, and the relaxing atmosphere away from the busier parts of the island. The private beach was a definite highlight! While some areas of the resort could use a little refresh, overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great choice for those seeking serenity on Phi Phi Island.

This is one of my favorite places to be. The location happens to be in the one of the most beautiful places on earth. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I love the access to the ocean. It's rather isolated, so take what you need and enjoy the stay.
