One Residence Hotel & Apartment Reviews

Surrounding by lots of restaurants. The security at G floor is the most helpful, second is the male receptionist during my first day arriving. The female staffs are not really friendly and never greet customers. They did let me do late check out because of flight delay The room is spacious with free load minibar everyday. One HUGE minus point of this hotel is the odor extraction system of this hotel is very bad. I dont think they have set up the right system. My nextdoor room cooked and I can smell everything in my room which is very bad. I dont think i ll consider staying here again because of this

I always enjoy staying at One Residence. The place is clean is very convenient to travel to most of the places in the city. There’s a mall right in front of the hotel. There’s plenty options of foods and coffee shops. I would recommend to stay here if you want to try.

Pros: Great location. Central to everything we needed. Doorman/bellboy/ the guys who hep you park was very nice and even helped you cross the street and back. Big Comfortable beds. They had the Starbucks coffee thingy but there was no sugar provided. Snacks and drinks in the fridge was provided at no additional charge. Con: check-in staff/ front desk was not hospitable at all. Did not make me feel welcoming since the last time we were there last year. Look like they are all new. All 3 mornings I came down to get my Coffee and hot chocolate for my family they didn’t look like they wanted to make it.

Nice building with a great view of the central city

I recently stayed at One Residence Hotel, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend it for a pleasant accommodation experience.

Services are superb! Location is excellent, Staff were very helpful,Thank you for accommodating us during our stay. The location, service and receptionist are super awesome! The room is big enough and clean, will come back when I go to Shanghai next time!

Room was nice but there was mole on ceiling, front desk staff needs more training.

I forgot my airpod 3 headphones but they said they couldn't find them even though I found the location there

Hot water for shower not enough!!

The location is great for traveling to any place in the city since the aparmtnet is located in center of the city.

It's a small, elegant 15-story building, not very large, with about six or seven rooms per floor. The reception, meeting room, and hallways all show signs of thoughtful design. The room was quite large and clean. I didn't see any stains on the sofa, and the bedding was clean, which didn't bother me. However, I was aware of some stains on the folded swan-shaped bath towels. The shower was powerful and switched between hot and cold quickly. The wardrobe was in the bathroom, which was a little unusual. The hair dryer was a bit old, but the power was adequate. The swimming pool was on the top floor, with a separate staircase leading up to the gym. The gym had ample, clean equipment, hot and cold water dispensers, and air conditioning. However, there was a slight odor, possibly due to ventilation issues. The Wi-Fi signal was spotty throughout the hotel. I couldn't figure out how to use the vending machine, so I wasn't able to make any purchases. This might be my fault. All snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary, and in the morning, you could go to the front desk for a cup of freshly brewed coffee and a selection of small breads, which were quite good. The hotel's location is quite good. Across the street from the building is a small, stylish mall, and a few hundred meters behind the hotel is the larger AEON Mall. I enjoy using the gym, and the hotel allowed me to check out at 2 p.m., which was a big plus. I like collecting room cards, and although the design was average, I bought one for $10. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again. I highly recommend it.

The view from the room window is amazing. The room has been upgraded. The room is spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete. Overall it is really good. I will still choose it next time I visit. Give it a good review.

The most rubbish hotel, the product is not what it claims, the facilities are old, the front desk service attitude is extremely bad, the room is very small and shabby. The pillows in the room are very high, and it is impossible to fall asleep. I booked for 2 days and slept for less than 2 hours. It was really uncomfortable. I checked out. My neck was stiff from lying down.
