this is avarage one,the room is very tiny.air conditions is not good.don’t have any room service.

This hotel location was great, right in the middle of everything. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. However, we could not get in our room because the door lock didn't work. It took a long time for them to change us to another room. Then we found that the A/C remote control was not working...took another hour or so for them to change the remote...Also the wifi in our room was not working during our stay.

This is an awful hotel, completely unsuitable for staying in. I definitely do not recommend it if you don't want to ruin your holiday.

Yesterday they stressed me out. Making me move from a really nice room to a nasty one I only renewed the booking because the room where I was nice... Otherwise I wouldn't book another night.. Didnt like the Room was old

We stayed here and upon arrival, we noticed that the building seemed to be under renovation and not yet completed. The room lacked basic amenities. The TV provided was unusable — the cable was damaged and the power button didn’t work. There were no towels provided. The condition of the furniture in the room appeared worn out and run-down, as if it was still under renovation but not yet finished. We felt disappointed with this accommodation.

Very disappointed with the room. It was nothing like the photos online. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong musty smell. The bathroom was dirty — mold in the shower, broken fixtures. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was uncomfortably hot all night. To make things worse, there were bugs in the corners and dust everywhere.

Good value for money.

The rooms are very dated always black bags of rubbish in corridors breakfast was realy bad I would not recommend this hotel

It was nice place and lovely. Near the market and shopping mall also. Not far to walk to the beach. Recommend to stay there and go back again.

They did not give us the room even if we had paid for 2 nights and the hotels phone doesn't work They need to update their number as well as provide an email of the hotel

They are scammsters whi are running two parallel hotels, one is CoCoon Hotel other is APK resort, while wee were booked on the APak resort they had provided us stay in CoCoon hotel which was much cheaper and very basic, whereas the resort had swimming pool, restaurant. In the same budget much better and luxurious hotels are available, they should be de listed from Trip.com.

Room wasn’t cleaned so they had to change out the sheets and clean it. Bed springy. Pillows not good. But I messed up my booking and needed a place for one night and it did the trick. Ac worked well. People very nice.

Cheap room but everything worked. Wasn't noisey
