The location is excellent, shopping mall and restaurants nearby. It’s the second time I stayed there for my Patong trip and I’ll visit there again later.

Super friendly staff, fantastic location, close to everything. Loved our room.. . There are some minor things but it's expected in old coastal buildings.. Just inform the staff and they will see to it immediately. I will most certainly be booking here again on my next trip to Phuket

It's pretty good overall. Decent price, good value, and there's a sauna right next door. It's walking distance to Bangla Road and the nightlife, and easy to get to Jungceylon and Central Phuket.

The owner and reception are very friendly and helpful. Location super strategic. The noises from the club at night will start around 11pm to 4am but I am okay due to deep sleeper. Everything was well. Will come back again 😊

When booking, I didn't pay attention to the name of the hotel. What was important to me was that it was in a good location and that I could smoke in the room, as well as a good price. It is a *** hotel, and I am not ***. However, everything went smoothly. The staff and the owner are very friendly. Loud music could be heard from my side until 2 am, but it didn't bother me. If you want a quiet night, insist on another side. All in all, I will go to the same place again next year.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My girlfriend went with and was discriminated against, can't use the gym and enter certain areas. So much for Inclusivity. Gym is NOT included in price. Hotel is old, delapated and feels super dirty. We stayed for an hour and left...you will NOT be refunded. Terrible start to our holiday. As soon as we went up to the room the owner said it is noisy at night.

Strategic located in the centre of Patong area. The guest house building is old. Sauna and gym needs to be renovated to attract more people to come. Need to do something with the rooftop as well. Owner and staff are friendly and smile to people all the times.

the bed is horrible, a lot of mosquitoes, And they staff told me rudely because I book small room the sauna and facilities not included, if I not happy pleas complain in the internet.

Excellent location! Right in the center of Patong and all the night life! Less than a 5 min walk to the famous Bangla Road. Very clean room! Can be a bit loud from surrounding bars but nothing that isn’t manageable if you are trying to sleep.

Nice big room with jacuzzi and kitchen, well located in the centre of the nightlife area.

Very average experience here - accidentally booked the wrong day, was happy to pay for another night but the staff didn't even let me have the free breakfast for the night that I paid but didn't stay. There were 0 men under 60yo (besides me). Gym poorly equipped. Bar not even open. Room up 3 flights of stairs in seperate building with no lifts. Room old and rundown, brown stuff all over the shower nozzle. Definately worth staying somewhere nicer and just enjoying the *** clubs in Patong here. Also did not appreciate being gawked at by staff out the front everytime I walked past.

Booked the room enthusiastically because the location is alright and it was pretty cost efficient however the room I booked was not the room given to me… no elevator and narrow stairs… dunno how you’re supposed to navigate that with a massive suitcase. Floor is cold and dirty, facilities are old, owners nice and the staff are nice but rooms are… dubious. Didn’t feel safe.
