Regarding the hot water issue you mentioned, we immediately inspected and repaired it after receiving your feedback. We did find that unstable water pressure was causing abnormal water flow, and this has now been fully repaired. We have also readjusted the settings for the air conditioning automatically shutting off to ensure a stable experience for future guests. Additionally, we have enhanced dehumidification and ventilation for this room type to ensure fresh air. Thank you again for letting us know where we can improve. Regarding food waste disposal, here's a quick note: we collect all the trash from your room before noon each day; if you have any leftovers to dispose of in the evening, there are four large trash cans on Kenting Main Street, just a minute's walk from the guesthouse – quite convenient!
