The exterior of the hotel was amazing, but on the inside, there would some things that could be improved, for ex: actual shower towels, not disposable ones, the mattress could be thicker, etc.

This inn is really a dream: it is in a historical building and everything is really traditional. Staff is really kind and helpful, the only flaw is that it is really difficult to contact them in advance. I would have preferred some exchange via trip.com messages or wechat, but I did not receive any answer. Of course there is a phone number, but if you don't speak Chinese it is quite useless. :) Anyway, service when we were on the spot was perfect. We received lots of information about the visit of Pingyao, discounts for massages and restaurants, and they also provided a transfer to the taxi area on our last morning. So overall my review is positive. I really recommend this place!

The hotel provides pick-up at the city gate, which is convenient for taxi travel. The hotel provides a tour map and informs the tour route, and also gives a bottle of vinegar when leaving. The big kang is spacious, and there is more than enough space for three people. The inn has an ancient style and charm, which is very suitable for taking photos and checking in.

I have booked many rooms, and I will take the time to consider the rooms with good quality, comfortable prices and relatively acceptable or preferential prices when booking! This Tianxinyuan Inn is in the scenic area, and it takes seven or eight minutes to walk to the main street. The room is antique and the bedding is clean and comfortable! The point is that the boss is really hospitable. He sang cheerful songs to pick up and drop off guests all the way, making our trip full of joy. After arriving at the store, he enthusiastically answered all our questions and answers! Help us plan a reasonable Pingyao travel plan according to our time! The next day, a delicious breakfast was delivered according to the travel time of the guests! Along the way, this is the homestay I want to talk about most seriously! I won’t say anything, it’s really from the bottom of my heart! In addition, the boss recommended the restaurant dishes less than 100 meters away from the store, which is really delicious! It is the most delicious meal I have eaten recently! Recommended, must recommend!! There is also his red date vinegar. Drinking a sip is really refreshing and appetizing for us who are tired from driving for a long time!

The room is spacious, the hygiene is average, the environment is unique, the service is super good, the bathroom is a bit old, the location is easy to find, the atmosphere is also 🈶️, 📍It was my first time here, and fortunately the hotel owner (a young man) gave me a map, drew out the places to visit and the best routes worth taking, which were clear at a glance and I gained very good memories.

位於古城內接近北門附近的巷子裡，位置尚可。離店退房時老闆會免費叫車送至古城出口(城內汽車一般是不出城的)，且贈送一瓶老陳醋，很棒的服務(當天下著雨)。古宅內的房間、設施完善也改裝得很舒適。走路不遠就有幾家知名且美味的山西風味的中餐館。早餐較為簡單。總之，性價比很高。

去山西行最後到的平遙，沒到民宿的老闆就打電話給我確定時間，告訴我高鐵下來搭多少錢然後在古城北門下車，然後他會過來接我們。到了後，老闆是個高大帥小夥，幫忙搬行李。民宿很有特色，漂亮乾淨。老闆送我們地圖，把所有的景點線路和先後順序都標出來，告訴我們注意事項。特別的細心，感受很好。大炕睡得很舒服，房間不大但是乾淨衞生，沒有難聞的味道，也很安靜。位置是裏面的車能搭到的地方，離步行街也不遠。早上大家在院子裏吃早餐，老闆媽媽一直都是笑容滿面，特別好，雖然講的平遙話我們聽不大懂，但是她會很細緻的告訴我們注意事項。走的時候還幫我們想好了，送行李給我們，還送了一瓶醋。
