"Early lunch to improve and difficult to calibrate shower apple"

"Very good, comfortable stay, already collected, next time I come to this city, I will continue to choose to stay here. Recommended to everyone! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !"

"Very unfriendly and unaccommodating administrators. We stayed in the hotel for two days. On the first day, we experienced constant problems with the key-card. Administrator Kayla made us wait at the room door before coming as if for help, but only to watch me over and over attempting to unlock the door. As I finally, on the fourth attempt unlocked the door, Kayla made most ridiculous comment that "all the doors open differently" and left. We got better help from a next door neighbor who suggested to pull the door handle up instead of down. It somehow helped. Even though we booked the room for two nights, on the next day, the card stopped working. However, after reprogramming it worked as usual, with the door handle pulled down. The room was clean, but the sink was clogged, and the water remained standing in it for some time. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, and the bath towels remained damp until the next day. There were three bottles in the bathroom, hand and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The last one's would not produce a single drop.. Their dryer in the laundry room was old. It took 8 x $.25 and left our clothes absolutely damp. We had to hang it all over the room for drying. But it did not dry by the next morning. Since it could not be packed together with the dry clothes, we needed extra time for packing it separately and asked for an extra hour to check out. Administrator Heisie was plain rude and argued that the dryer worked just fine. She finally allowed only half an hour extra for packing, until 11:30 for our check-out and would not budge."

"All was great but the jus machine was empty at breakfast couldn’t even get water.also we found someone shirts near the bed so room wasn’t verified and cleaned 100%"

"Belle visite"

"Everything else was fully booked due to Airline issues in Canada. I feel lucky to have gotten a room, until I saw the huge stain on the couch. It looked like it was going on the sidewalk. I did not use the shower but a fellow guest said that the water took nearly an hour to drain when he did. Lights and air-conditioning worked, the chain for the door was missing but a bolt was available. Clean towels and soap available."

"We had to get our room changed because the sheets weren’t clean, then in the new room the carpet wasn’t clean"

"Outside of the hotel smells cat poop. Lots of animal hair in the hallway and stairs. But inside the room is clean, breakfast buffet is really good. Lots of parking spcae"
