"This was not the intimate agritourismo we were expecting - it is a large hotel, catering to vast weddings on Saturdays - the noise of which kept us awake all night. Rooms were spacious and clean but sterile and often with things wrong (the internet didn't work at all; in the first room we were in a large panel had fallen off the wall exposing plumbing pipes and the shower didn't drain). Walls are wafer-thin and you can hear everything in the next room. The food is over-priced and not particularly good and the staff, although mostly friendly, are unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here and we certainly will find somewhere else to stay should we return to Sardinia."

"We stayed 4 nights. We were very disappointed with the breakfast, which was included in the price of our stay. When booking through trip.com, we noted that my partner is celiac, but at breakfast we discovered that essential gluten-free items (bread, biscuits, and even packaged corn flakes) were not included and could only be provided for a supplement of €5 per day. The hotel informed us that they had communicated this hotel policy to the agency, but unfortunately they didn't notify us in advance. Given the hotel's category, we didn't consider calling the hotel to confirm that these gluten-free meals were available. We would have attempted to cancel the reservation and change hotels. While we respect the hotel's policy, we find it unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to have to pay an extra fee (a small amount, negligible for a week's vacation in Sardinia, which we waived out of principle) for essential items for celiacs, but included for non-celiacs. Even the breakfast for other guests isn't up to par with a 4-star hotel: bacon, scrambled eggs, and freshly squeezed orange juice are available only for a supplement of €6 to €8 per day. Essentially, items that would normally be included in hotels of this category are charged separately, something we've never experienced before. Furthermore, the property is remote, and a car is essential for any travel. Mr. Mirko Murgia, in reference to your response, I'd like to point out that we didn't cause any problems to anyone during our stay, and we respect the opinions, decisions, and work of others. "We had a really noisy room next to the restaurant where you could hear people from 6 in the morning. When you take a shower you are literally standing next to the toilet, that feels a bit nasty."

"The location is misleading, located next to a noisy national road. The beach is 400 m away by road. Impossible to travel without a rental vehicle. The bedding is outdated and therefore very uncomfortable. My first room was spacious but noisy because it was next to the national highway. The second bedroom was smaller, but I could hear my next-door and upstairs neighbors as if they were in my room. Then during karaoke, impossible to sleep. There were several power outages for 2 days, and the power was restored more than 20 times during the night, with beeping sounds, a disaster. Thursday evening, karaoke where the sound is of poor quality and pushed to the maximum, so impossible to sleep, even after midnight! The breakfast was really disappointing, we had leftover desserts from dinner the day before and the day before (tiramisu for dessert on Tuesday evening, and found again on Wednesday morning and Thursday morning for breakfast!) . I'm against waste, but still! You have to queue at the bar to get hot drinks, and not possible when there were power cuts! Dinner is served quickly in a chain, the presentation of the dishes is non-existent. And if you want to have a drink on the terrace in the middle of the day, impossible, the bar opens at 7 p.m. at the same time as the restaurant... It's not a 4 star in any way! I had some bad nights, not at all restful! Hotel offered by Private Travel."

"Lovely Agriturismo with a beautiful location. It's just a shame we later discovered you have to pay per person, not per room. We had booked for four people, two rooms, each for two people. When we arrived, it turned out the five of us (our youngest would sleep between us) could fit into one room. So, we were given one key back. This other room was occupied by new people the next day. You'd expect some kind of discount, since you'd used one less room, which they were already receiving income from. But that was out of the question. I didn't understand the rigid attitude. Such a shame."

"Very clean and very quiet hotel, ideal for unplugging and relaxing, just a few km from one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia. The owner Loretta as well as Maria and Monica, at the restaurant and at the reception, are extremely friendly, kind and available to satisfy guests' requests. The family room, made up of two distinct areas, is very large, 5 of us were really comfortable there; the only flaw of the room is the shower, a little small, especially considering that the hotel is classified as 4 stars. Even the courtesy kits in the room are limited to the essentials (shower gel, shampoo, cap), however we really appreciated the daily change of towels, the very comfortable beds (perhaps the pillows were a little less so, but this obviously depends on opinions personal) and the size of the spaces. The structure is well maintained, most of what is served at the table is home-made; breakfast is quite varied (you won't find croissants and cream cakes or scrambled eggs and hot dishes, but there is a good variety of artisan donuts, fruit and cured meats, for those who prefer a savory breakfast; being in Sardinia perhaps I would have expected some typical sweets, however everything is of excellent quality... if you get the chance, don't miss the home-made ricotta with honey). The swimming pool is large and well maintained (pity about the absence of a hydromassage corner and at least one shower and a bathroom in the pool area). For those staying with children, there is no equipped play area, although there are ample spaces all around to be outdoors. We only used the a la carte restaurant one evening: the quality is excellent, the price, when compared to the quantities served, is a little high compared to other restaurants of comparable quality and located directly on the sea; However, I believe that this is a precise choice by the owners, aimed at orienting the customer towards the fixed menu, which can be confirmed day by day in the morning and which instead can be an economically advantageous choice. The atmosphere is familiar, the courtesy of the owners makes you immediately feel at ease. Personally, being on holiday, I would have appreciated a minimum of evening entertainment, albeit very soft and unobtrusive... the location would easily lend itself, for example, to quality musical entertainment during dinner (but presumably also that of "silence" I think is a precise choice of the owners). The value for money is very good, don't expect a super luxury location but if you are looking for a place to spend a relaxing week away from the chaos of the city, pampered by the courtesy of the staff, I definitely recommend it.
