"Firstly staff were very friendly and helpful, could not be faulted. Complained that internet was down, moved rooms but problem did not improve. Needed to sit in reception or in yard to check mails etc. Pool was closed but on last day attempts were being made to clean it so possibly will be opened in near future. It is a motel, so for those in a car probably very convenient, but if no car location not ideal as there is a fair walk to shops, Tram etc. All in all a good 11 day stay."

"Stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 children.
Check-in was quick and smooth, with a complimentary litre of milk.
Pool and spa quite spacious - spa was perfect temperature.
There's an outdoor playground as well as an indoor playground, table tennis, giant chess, giant connect 4, kids TV area, outdoor cinema, adults TV area and gym.
Amenities, laundry, and camp kitchen were all clean as easily accessible.
There's a Woolworths just down the road."

"Former penitentiary now has contemporary vibes and a slick remodel. We flew in from New Zealand at 9am and they let us check in without a blink. It was awesome. They don’t have room service but the staff was super helpful and we got everything we needed I. Kind of a roundabout way. The gilding is super neat and photogenic. Indeed it will make its way into your favorite photos when you stay here even if you’re just passing through Melbourne. Its proximity to the airport is great as well making it convenient for business and short layovers
Definitely recommend just for the front desk staff that made our super early check in so painless and smooth. That’s hospitality!"

"In general, it is not bad, that is, the hotel does not provide slippers. It is not available in some hotels in Australia. The supermarket is quite convenient. The supermarket does not sell slippers. I ran a few places before I bought it. Summer's summer drag and drop"
