"The first time I went to Sicily, I blindly chose this hotel on Trip.com . I feel very lucky! The hotel is small in size and the number of rooms is not large. But the victory is beautiful on the hillside and the scenery is beautiful.
Rosanna and Krizia helped me a lot before and after check-in and play plan, and Antonio also helped me a lot later on.
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a simple kitchen, including a refrigerator and cookware. There is a supermarket nearby (Eurospin) where you can buy food and make it yourself. Very suitable for our family outing.
It is worth mentioning that there is an Alcantara Canyon nearby, the knee-deep stream is clear and cold, and the summer is a great retreat. There are also beaches in Taormina, of course.
Friendly tip: You need to rent a car. Apple Maps or Google Maps will do."

"The room was very compact, but the staff were very helpful. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel was close to the main street, so I was able to go back to the hotel and rest. All the tourist sites in Taormina, including the bus terminal, are within walking distance. If I visit Taormina again, I would like to use this hotel again."

"Great location. Decent rooms. But, mediocre service. They didn’t have stable internet on the second day of our stay for which I had to reschedule my work calls till the next day. When I requested for a late check out next day so that I could attend my work calls, they said I’ll have to pay 50 euros for it. They don’t have a front desk so when we got there we realised the place had lockboxes and we didn’t receive any information about that either. We had to contact them upon arrival and then they gave us the info."

"This trip to Italy has lived in the best hotel. First of all, the hotel is in a great location. It is three minutes away from the beautiful park in the picture. The environment is also very quiet, safe and beautiful. The host and his wife are very enthusiastic, the people are very good, and the service is extremely thoughtful and patient. In addition, the room is very clean and tidy, and the living is very assured. The breakfast is particularly amazing, the variety is rich and the food is fresh and excellent ingredients. I feel that the owner and his wife are very loving and tasteful people. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Taormina, I will definitely choose this hotel again. 👍"

"The room has an unbeatable sea view, facing the sea with flowers blooming in spring, and you can also see the misty Mount Etna in the distance. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. It is a bit expensive to take a taxi from the train station to the mountain for 25 euros. Young people without large luggage can try hiking or taking the bus. The uncle at the front desk is very friendly. The sleeping bag left in the room by my companion was immediately delivered. I stayed for two nights. It is suitable for a daze vacation"

The most romantic beautiful scenery, amazingly helpful staff (Federica) and great facilities.
I recommend getting a car to drive to Capo De Orlando as it is way too far to walk and about $30 euro to taxi.
We spent days by the pool and wandering around the grounds.
A magical place for some quiet time with your partner or group of friends.

SS-KAZAMIThe location is perfect to visit everywhere in Taormina town. We stayed in the family suite with a good view. The room was clean and has the basic necessary item.
If we add one small request, the mattress quality for the sofa bed (only for the third person) should be considered. The normal bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed gave me the backache.

It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with.
Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3.
The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳
And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋
We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ...
After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️

GGuest UserIf I could give this place 20/10 for service, I would. When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting.
The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks.
The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me.
Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3
I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

GGuest UserNice hotel, clean n easy to park the car. Just right in front of the hotel. The room n bathroom Is spacious and my room is facing the sea. The receptionist is fast with check in. And speak fluent English. The breakfast is exquisite, a lot of choice and the patisserie is amazing. Molto buono! The owner also friendly.. Highly recommended.

The boutique hotel it’s located in the center of the city and the rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. The building is a classic Italian historical building with high ceilings and decorations. I must say was a nice experience. Breakfast it’s topical Italian with some intercontinental options.

GGuest UserThe room is large, and the ventilation system is good. The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it’s good with its location, as it’s located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn’t suitable for you as they don’t have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it’s windy.
It’s a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it’s not bad!

We were in a hurry when checking out, but the staff preferred to continue chatting with other customers rather than taking our check-out key. It was not until I expressed many times that I really had to catch the bus that the staff reluctantly took my key.

KkingofepirusVery good value. It is located in the center of messin, so is a 10m walk from the main station. Signing in was a bit confusing as there was no one at the door to let me in, but a number was provided so I called and I was let in. My room card was already premade in an envelope near the entrance, so I didn't need to do anything further. Only bad thing is the drinks in the fridge aren't free and you will be charged if you drink them.

AA. LozanoVery spacious room, huge bed and comfortable mattress. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel management, it cannot be set up individually in each room. The shower was newly renovated and very comfortable and spacious.
Location is great, just 7 minutes walk to main Piazza in Messina. Very close to the train station as well.
