"Successful location two steps from the station. Exceptional cleanliness everywhere! Common kitchen: you can cook or heat something. From the downsides - as already written here: It is not clear why it is impossible to send the codes in advance on the day of the check-in, if the foreigner asks, as not everyone has at the time of the settlement roaming or WI-FI. Requests for e-mail and SMS were ignored. It is necessary to call - standing in front of the door."

"Bathroom was mouldy, could’ve used some exit mould. The shuttle does not operate on weekends nor does the laundry service both of which would’ve been good to know prior to booking. Location is way way way out of reach of public transport and with no shuttle service operating on the weekend it made it a costly stay due to Ubers. Which by the way were difficult to secure due to being so out of the way. The mini fridge…well what can I say, it wasn’t a fridge, it was a box with a light that kept your water at room temp. Personally I think they should remove the word fridge and replace it with “a warm box with a light”."

"A really quaint and wonderful hotel near the centre of Monza. Loved the historical ambiance & elegant old worldly service. Wonderful breakfast set in a sun-kissed covered terrace. It’s where the F1 drivers stay too, so lots of great photos scattered around the hotel to commemorate its link to the event."

"Beautiful structure excellent position, a plausible to Samuele who with his discretion and education can create a great relationship with customers? We spent 1 hour talking with him and it is a great company and a great example of relationship with guests!!! Bravissimo"

"In fact, it is no longer part of Milan. To be precise, it is a village on the edge of Milan. If you are here for tourism, it is not recommended. It is recommended for business travel. The people staying in this hotel are basically business travelers and workers in the surrounding areas. The price is much more cost-effective than that of Milan city. It is a certain distance from Milan city. It is estimated that a taxi will cost more than 80 euros."

"Close by to Aldi and Maccas. Underground parking was a bit annoying as it was a very steep driveway and instruction were not too clear on how to get out. Staff at the concierge weren’t that pleasant to deal with. Our window had to be slammed hard shut to allow us to have the AC on which is fair but our window really had to be pulled hard to have it completely shut. Nevertheless clean and spacious."

"Note positive sono il posteggio, il supermercato U2 vicino, la possibilità di mangiare nei dintorni se non si vuole rimanere nel ristorante dell'albergo, wifii abbastanza performante anche per lavorare.
Note meno positive: non ho trovato comodo il materasso, il frigo bar in camera era vuoto e spento.
Colazione senza lode ne infamia ma un po' cara per quanto offerto."

"The location on the outskirts of Monza is not ideal without a car, especially as Taxi service from the City Centre is extremely difficult to obtain. Personel is very helpful and professional. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional. We arrived to early for an immediate check-in, so we left our luggage at the receptionand when we arrived in the evening our luggage was already moved to our room. Parking free of charge is a welcome extra."

GGuest UserHotel is located just out of highway near a big shopping area where you can find many restaurants and shops.
Fast check in and check out thanks to very efficient staff.
Good breakfast with lot of choice, wifi is working well.
Rooms are clean, acceptable size, quite silent.
But far from being a 4 stars hotel, to me it worth no more than 3 due to missing of many amenities, fridge, closed wardrobe, slippers, complimentary water, etc.
Good for 1-2 nights if you have a car ( no public transportation around) and location is convenient.

GGuest UserRoom is clean also very silence (even outside have heavy rain), the staff is super nice, help me book a taxi to airport. Very supportive and super nice.
Price per room is reasonable; nearby have big super market(walk around 3-4min.). Also have restaurants so easy for find food you want to eat. The breakfast with multi choices which is quote enough for me. Recommend the hotel and will come again for sure if I am here.

Very modern, very clean, nice big rooms.
Key card to enter rooms, and to start electricity.
Bathroom completely new and modern, everything worked well, hot water, cold water etc.
The bed is big and comfortable.
Parking garage with lots of parking right below the hotel (private hotel parking).
They have a nice bar in the lobby.
Also a restaurant is in the hotel.

Being an international chain the service quality should be prioritised. English communication is not enough at all, and certain employees/waiters show no politeness so a shame on the overall experience during the stay.

Забронировала отель за долго перед поездкой,долго выбирала по расположению, чистоте и уровню комфорта.
Хочу сразу отметить, что на ресепшен 24/7 вас никто не ждет и не встречает, вы должны прибыть строго в то вр, которое указано в отеле 16.30-17.00, много раз видела уставших туристов под дверью данного отеля.
В день моего заселения 5 декабря позвонили и сказали что нет воды и отопления, вот именно в день когда я прибываю отключили, предложили отель на 2 уровня хуже, на 200 м дальше, без всяких компенсаций и никаких др вариантов. Долго общались с ними и с представителем платформы где бронировали и 100% оплатили, кинули им скрины что данный отель дешевле, в итоге отель сказали приезжайте, все починили. Приехали вечером, уставшие все на нервах, но в отель Lozano San Paulo не пустили, просто не открыли даже дверь, позвонили по тел. регистрации и нам сказали идти в тот др отель. Отель замена это номер на чердаке, поднималась по узкой деревянной лестнице, дверь картонная, полы с щелями в палец, на потолке следы недавнего потопа. На нижнем этаже просто какая то череда столов, чтобы пройти в номер нужно пройти несколько таких уличных залов где крыша и столы, все это вечером наполняется местным населением и если возвращаешься после прогулки после 18.00 то попасть в номер не просто, нужно протиснуться сквозь столы и людей.
Через 2 ночи сказали, что можно переселяться, но нужно заполнить электронную форму, форма не заполнялась все вр выдавала ошибку и администратор данного отеля сказала, оставайтесь еще на ночь, к слову это было уже около 20.00 дождь и холод. Утром администратор из отеля Nino сопроводила меня лично в отель Locando San Paulo, за 3ю ночь потребовали 90€ сказали ничего не знаем, каждый винил др отель, но похоже они в сговоре. Написала официальное письмо на итальянском, руководству отеля, попросила в качестве компенсации оплатить трансфер на дату выезда. Но никто реагировать и не собирался… Давно работаю в банковской сфере безопасности и мошеннические схемы вижу насквозь. Это оно и есть!!! Не рекомендую данное заведение, по факту выселяли ни одну меня таким образом, общалась и с др туристами проживающих лишь 1/2часть оплаченных дней в отеле, много историй услышала….
Вас тут не ждут, обманывают.

GGuest UserBreakfast is so-so, but croissants, coffee, milk and juice are all necessary. The interior of the room is very good, with a four-star rating, and the decoration style is simple. I like the towel drying rack outside the toilet the most. Both the brother and the uncle at the front desk of this hotel are very handsome in suits!

CCaio FélixThe hotel is in need of maintenance. In the room I stayed in, the lights in the bathroom sink didn't work, the toilet didn't flush and the general lighting system, which should turn off when we were out of the room, didn't turn off either.
If the necessary maintenance is done, this hotel is an excellent place to stay for anyone who wants to explore the area.

GGIANFRANCOFino a poco tempo fa era un piacere e un privilegio venire in questa unica e bellissima struttura.
In passato si andava anche solamente per cenare nella bellissima veranda, che si affaccia sul parco ed era una delizia farci anche colazione.
Purtroppo adesso la proprietà ha deciso di far mangiare gli ospiti in una stanza senza finestre e non è più possibile fare la colazione in quella splendida veranda.
.....forse non è chiaro alla proprietà che i clienti vanno all’Hotel Parco Borromeo per il parco e non per vedere 4 pareti bianche!
