"I had a great stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, and I booked a package that included dinner and breakfast. I stayed for 2 days and 1 night. Check in and check out were smooth and parking was free. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it's quiet and peaceful. There are convenience stores nearby, but you’ll need a car to get there. . Everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is ok, and price reasonable. Only thing is no smoking hotel but seem full of smoke smell. I’ve told the reception but they said they can’t control some guest smoking in the room and ignored hotels rules.
My room is city view, breakfast average with the city view too."

"The king-size bed is super comfy! The place is clean, bright, and well-maintained. All the furniture is spotless, especially the bedsheets, which are fresh and tidy. (It’s totally okay for me — but for someone who’s super OCD, it might be case by case, ya!)
One thing to note is the free parking — it can be a bit confusing at first. You can scan in with any card, but before exiting, you’ll need to validate the same card at the counter. When your vehicle reaches the exit barrier, don’t drive out immediately (even if the gate is open), make sure to scan your card before leaving."

"A short but very nice staycation. The place is very child friendly, and the service requests were very helpful. However, the room cleanliness could be improved. There was dust under the bed, and I even found glass shards. I brought along my 1year old child if I hadn’t noticed the glass, it could have caused a minor injury. I hope the management will be more attentive to housekeeping cleanliness in the future."

"My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again.
Van service via Trek app can request to pick up at Avilla apartment and drop off at LRT Kinrara BK5 Station.
Recently staying the WiFi is not functioning well as the signal shown 1 bar and keep on fluctuating to zero signal. Hope the management look into the issues."

MMinnie ChuaClean and will get exchange the bedsheet and blanket..no bedbug and cockroach..Refill water bottle and cleared dustbin after change bedsheet & blanket.Renovation modern style..TV channel have music tv 90s..Aircon is quite new..Have clothes hanger prepare upon my requested.Have hair dryer..brushing teeth cup stand by and towel and shampoo and shower cream and warm water heater provided..Near a east vrajayana buddhism and vegetarian restaurant is suit for buddhism to staying..
Only is the wifi weak that unable to connected to tablet..after connected smartphone also sometime have and sometime unable to internet that my room is located at 3rd level..So if have own roaming internet then would be no problem..Overall I still is satisfied on these hotel..Highly recommendation..

🛏️ Room & Comfort:
We booked two deluxe rooms side by side, and they were super clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were comfy (which we appreciated after walking all day), and there was enough space to hang out, play cards, or just wind down with music. Air conditioning was strong, and the Wi-Fi worked well — which is always a win.
🎒 Perfect for Groups:
They were really accommodating to group requests. We asked for connecting or side-by-side rooms and got them without hassle. Plus, the hotel had a casual vibe — not too strict — so we didn’t feel awkward being a bit noisy (within reason of course). There was even a lounge area in the lobby where we hung out while waiting for rides or food delivery.
🍳 Food & Drinks:
Breakfast was included, and it was surprisingly good! A mix of local dishes and basic Western options like eggs, toast, and fruits. Coffee was decent too. If you’re not into hotel food, there were plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking or delivery distance.

Super convenient. We were close to shops, restaurants, and some nightlife spots. Everything was either walkable or just a short Grab ride away. We never felt stuck or too far from anything fun.
🧼 Cleanliness & Service:
The hotel was really clean, and daily housekeeping kept things fresh. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we needed extra towels or had questions.
💰 Value for Money:
For the price we paid (split among friends), it was 100% worth it. Not luxury-level, but comfortable, clean, and fun — just what you need for a good time without breaking the bank.
🎉 Overall Vibe:
Chill, friendly, and ideal for groups. Not too uptight, not too rowdy — just right. We had a great time and would definitely stay again if we’re doing another friends’ trip.

SSze GuanIt is located at a very convenient location. First of all on the booking details said it has parking. It does not have parking. Only street parking available, need to pay to avoid summon and not alternative pay parking near by. The hotel WiFi was not working. So, I have to use my mobile data. Furthermore, the room floor damaged and was full of cockroaches.
