We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. We were not offered ear plugs. In any case ear plugs would have made no difference. I advise you make this clearer on your website. 5. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate."
