"The room is quite big. We booked an e-sports room. The computer configuration is average and a bit laggy. The TV cannot be watched without membership. The hygiene is really terrible. There was urine stain on the toilet, four or five hairs on the toothbrush, the glass was all covered with water stains, and there was nothing for breakfast the next day. The soundproofing is good and the room is OK. We booked the room for a friend, and we thought it was newly opened and had good reviews, but when we first checked it out it looked like this; I called the front desk once and was hung up on. After the second communication, I wanted to change rooms, but the front desk would not let me. They sent an uncle to clean for us. The uncle's service was okay, but the hotel was not flexible enough. After the cleaning, my friend stayed there without any problems, but as a guest, it was still disgusting to see it like this. We went to breakfast late, so only noodles, cakes and bread were left, everything else was gone, even the milk. Although it was time, there were still a lot of people eating, and not enough food was prepared."
