"As a hotel manager and industry insider, I'd like to offer an objective, concise review of Mehao Lizhi Hotel. From its name, it appears to be part of the Mehao Hotel Group. Its location is extremely convenient, right outside the high-speed train station. The value for money is exceptional; to stay in a hotel with these facilities at this price point is truly excellent. Both the hardware facilities and service attitude are commendable. The room amenities are excellent, and the linen is very clean! The air conditioning works perfectly, and hot water comes out quickly! It's an ideal choice for business trips and leisure travel. I'd also like to offer a few suggestions. The 5-minute follow-up call after check-in felt a bit perfunctory and too direct. Customers are not gods; they are friends. I suggest staff are trained on better conversational skills/scripts, focusing on how to chat with a friend. Not all guests appreciate the intrusion of such a call, but no one would mind a brief chat with a friend. If handled appropriately, these mid-stay and post-stay follow-up calls can significantly boost positive review conversion rates; otherwise, they risk negative feedback. The complimentary bottled water in the room is too small, especially with the hot weather. Although there are four bottles, and there's a self-service water dispenser in the public area (which, incidentally, was empty). If such a service is provided, it needs to be regularly checked and refilled; otherwise, it detracts from the guest experience. During hot weather, many hotels typically provide four 500ml bottles as standard. The lack of disposable toilet seat covers in the bathroom might also be inconvenient for some guests. From my observations, this appears to be a relatively new hotel, and many details from the front office to guest rooms, public areas, and restaurants still need gradual refinement. I won't elaborate further, but I hope you continue to improve and achieve better profitability. To enhance OTA visibility and booking conversion rates, service must be impeccable. This applies not only to OTA guests but also to walk-in guests, corporate clients, and so on – all should be treated equally, avoiding differential treatment. Service translates directly into revenue and profitability. Even the best product is futile without warmth; staff need to truly understand the essence of 'home away from home'. Although you are part of a large hotel management group, I am simply offering objective suggestions. Finally, due to potential machinery noise on the top floor, I recommend not assigning these rooms to guests with sleep difficulties, as it could lead to complaints. Your understanding is appreciated! Strive to be a hotel with warmth, and hoteliers with passion!"

"Some time ago, I went to Putian to travel, stayed at Crowne Plaza Putian, full experience! As soon as I got off the bus, the beautiful lady smiled and opened the door. I immediately felt a warmth in my heart and kept sending me to the front desk to check in. The young lady who checked in was also very fast. It was done by three or five divided by two. The sweet voice reminded me of the floor location for dining and entertainment. Hehe 😀 Let's talk about the intelligent control of the room, which is super convenient and electric curtains. The bright and cold room design can easily create a comfortable atmosphere. The focus is on green marble, which looks so advanced. And the room was very clean and there was no extra dust. Other facilities in the hotel are great too! Half of the indoor and half outdoor swimming pool design, the value is so high, and the children's pool area is also divided. I have been swimming for 10 laps. I feel that the atmosphere is superb. I get up in the morning and watch the surrounding environment. It is also super filming. The lake view is beautiful. It feels a bit like Venice. I was very satisfied with this stay, whether it was service, facilities or environment. Next time I come to Putian, I will definitely choose here!"

"The location is super convenient. It's not far from Shouxu Park, perfect for a stroll or bike ride. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's a quick taxi ride to the old town for local snacks. The room was genuinely spacious and bright; even for the type I booked, it felt very roomy. The bed was plush, and the pillow height was just right, ensuring a truly deep sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The toiletries were Shangri-La's own brand, with a refreshing scent, and felt lovely to use. Drawing back the curtains revealed a decent city view, and the sunlight streaming in during the day made the room warm and inviting. Service was impeccable; every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly polite. During check-in, the lady at the front desk had a sweet smile and even proactively offered a late check-out (which I didn't end up needing, but it was a very thoughtful gesture). Breakfast offered a rich variety. You absolutely must try the local Putian braised noodles (Lu Mian) and wonton-like dumplings (Bian Shi); the Lu Mian, in particular, had a truly authentic flavor, even better than some small local eateries! Western options like bread, bacon, and yogurt were also available. All ingredients were fresh, and I left feeling very full and satisfied. The restaurant environment was clean, and the staff were very diligent in clearing plates, so you never had to wait. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym. The pool water was very clean and the temperature was just right – kids would definitely love it if you're traveling with family. The gym was well-equipped, making it convenient if you wanted to get a workout in. Additionally, there are hot springs nearby, perfect for a relaxing soak. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whether you're visiting Putian for leisure or business, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!"

"Fantastic hotel! Really appreciated the kindness and thoroughness of the staff who helped liase between the railway station and me when I accidentally left my bag on a train. Besides that, the doorman is also very attentive and kind, giving us tea when we were waiting for our Didi! The room is as clean, spacious, and well-furnished as it can be, with prompt and attentive cleaning every day. Breakfast was great with many tasty local options. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Wanda Plaza."

There was no street light on the road leading to the B&B in the village. Although the villagers would use it, the village has never installed it. They responded through various channels, including the mayor’s hotline. The village put out the purchased light poles and inspected the electricity, but there was still no news about the installation. The couple took action and purchased solar street lights. They used their free time every night to dig holes, drive piles, fill them with cement, and install them one by one. Although there is financial investment and labor, there are still some responsibilities to bear. But for the dream of lighting up the path to the B&B, don’t complain too much and take action first."
