If you booked deluxe double but they would upgrade your room to the higher and more spacious room since you customers are so pretty and beautiful (which is so inappropriate for a hotel service person to say), do not upgrade it because it is actually a downgraded room with possible smoking smell. The higher level and spacious room will be old, smelly and not so clean. I asked the front desk to move back to the original room that I booked because I couldn’t stand the smoke smell. When I moved to the new clean deluxe room I booked, I was so baffled as to why they in the first place offered a shitty room and say it’s an upgrade. Did they want to save our deluxe room and use it for another customer? Or were they just lazy to clean up after us so left the room untouched? If it weren’t for me to ask them to move back to my original reservation, I would’ve had paid a wrong amount for a wrong room and a wrong experience… also, the check out is 12pm when the app says it’s 1pm.

Well located hotel, with big rooms that comes with a bathtub. Personally, I don’t prefer hotels with carpets so they lost one star as a result. Otherwise, well located in the city hall area.

It's far from the national railway station, so it was difficult to move around with luggage. In particular, it felt like the interior of the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioning filter seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly, so there was a smell.

Worst. Something went wrong, so I reported it. I'd like a quick refund, but the hotel doesn't seem willing to do so. I'd contact Trip.com, but they seem equally helpless and unwilling to resolve the issue. There's a reason for the low rating. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I don't think they'll be interested in this anymore.

Whenever I go to Pyeongtaek, I often visit this place because it is cheap and in a quiet location! The facilities are old, but they are clean!!

The bed mattress is really good. In other places, the springs make a thumping sound and squeak, so I couldn't sleep. But this one has a thick and firm mattress. It's also soundproof.

I had a comfortable stay thanks to the room upgrade.

There was a front desk clerk with a very bad service attitude. The room smelled. There was no closet for hanging clothes.

Anyway, it’s a small local hotel with poor service.

Classic Hotel Don't Expect Too Much

It was the first place I went and it was clean. And it seemed like an old hotel with tradition. There are many floors and many rooms.

The facility is old and the overall condition is not good. It seems like a good place to stay overnight on a business trip. Breakfast is served as a buffet, but you will have to pay extra for it.
