"酒店就在濱江路上，位置很好，酒店設施也不錯，硬件條件在犍為應該能算第一，每年都回老家所以對當地酒店比較瞭解。缺點就是：1-收取200元按金，現在收按金的酒店很少很少了，問原因前台小妹説我們這裡是小地方😂，退房後我都到家了按金還不退打了電話才退，服務不到位；2-在酒店有房的情況下給了我一間酒店唯一的觀路燈房間（看圖片），我還是要住兩晚，我不相信前台不知道這個房間的位置，我衹想説她們沒有給住店客人很好的體驗感；3-衞生間沒有換氣扇，本來就是無窗的還沒換氣扇，那感覺真是一言難盡，衹有定時打開大門透氣；4-客房清掃不主動，提出要求才清掃，對缺失的物品也不補貨，感覺新開業不久培訓不到位。 重來沒有住店寫過這麼多評論，不為別的衹是希望我的家鄉不要因為覺得自己是小地方就不注重服務細節，希望我的家鄉越來越好~"
