"I've discovered a hidden gem of a hotel! The quality at this price is absolutely amazing! The hotel receptionist and butler communicated our arrival time in advance and even upgraded our room. Although it's a newly opened hotel, the whole place smelled wonderful, with no overpowering renovation odors. The room was spacious, and the mirror on the bathroom vanity had a built-in light, which was incredibly helpful for women doing their makeup! The breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the staff mentioned that the pastries were made fresh daily, which was a pleasant surprise. There are many restaurants nearby, and my friends and I discovered some delicious Hainanese cuisine and tofu pudding behind the hotel. It's only a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, making dining and transportation very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qionghai!"

"This hidden gem of a hotel absolutely deserves a perfect score! Choosing it was the best decision I made for my Qionghai trip!
The hotel offers a convenient high-speed rail station shuttle service. As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning Tiffany blue lobby! Plus, they offer complimentary afternoon tea and ice cream!
The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after three nights, I almost didn't want to check out! The room's decor was truly designed with women in mind, hitting all the right notes!
Breakfast was another highlight! The pandan pastries were delicious, and the restaurant was spotless, offering a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options. Even better, takeout orders were delivered by a robot, which added a great sense of security!
I've already highly recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Qionghai!"

"A comfortable hotel in the quaint 琼海市中原镇. Close to main market place and shops， hence getting meal is not an issue. Daily breakfast is good enough to fill up one’s stomach to start the day to tour the neighbouring places of interest like 白石岭、蔡家宅、海的故事 etc. My 2nd time to stay here. Close proximity to the Bo’ao Airport and the Bo’ao Speed Train Station"

"There is a pick-up and drop-off service at the train station, and there is a buffet breakfast. There are not many varieties, but it is very good to eat and drink. This small hotel can have this kind of supporting facilities. It is really beyond my expectations. I didn't expect to book a hotel casually to give me a feeling of surprise, feeling great value. The room is smart, the toilet is smart, there is a refrigerator, the mattress is very comfortable to lie on, there is a memory pillow, there is a feeling of living in a high-end hotel chain. "This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Qionghai High-speed Railway Station and has convenient transportation. The hotel is new, the facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious. On the day we checked in, there was a cold air, it was cold and rainy, but the room actually had heating. I ordered breakfast, thinking it was a buffet, but I didn't know that I had to order separately: a choice of porridge or rice noodles. The casserole rice porridge is cooked immediately, so you have to wait. I feel that this method is inconvenient earlier. But overall this hotel is highly recommended."

"The entire hotel boasts a lovely British vintage aesthetic, full of charming details. While our room wasn't huge, it was perfectly designed and had everything we needed. They offer a laundry room, a cafe, and even provide free coffee vouchers – adding a gym or a pool would make it absolutely perfect! The location is also very convenient for getting around.
However, we booked a 'Fei Fan' family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for four people, but we ran into a significant issue. Despite being a family room for four guests, it only included breakfast for two. We were informed that additional breakfasts would only be provided if we left a positive review. This felt like a cheap marketing tactic and truly soured our experience. I sincerely hope the hotel will be more genuine in the future and ensure that meal provisions truly match the room type booked."

IIreneLeeI am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well!
We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free).
We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea.
Wide spread of breakfast!
I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

BBobbiThe location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

LLeoLeoXuFabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

The location is excellent, convenient to the old street of Qionghai, and there are many delicious foods around. I stayed for two days in a row. What do you think it feels like? The front desk service can be improved. The room service is perfect.

There is a sofa, you can bask in the sun, very comfortable. Common places are clean, and places that are not commonly used are covered with dust and spider webs such as the wall next to the bedside. Soundproofing is average, bombed by square dance music in the morning and night, and a loud noise will be shocked when the furniture is moved upstairs and downstairs at 3 am in the middle of the night.
