The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean — easily among the finest I’ve stayed in. Waking up to breathtaking mountain views was simply magical. To my surprise, the mountains were completely covered in snow even in mid-April, which made the entire experience feel like a dream. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety, and every single amenity was top-notch. Everything about the hotel — from comfort to service — was a perfect 10/10. The surroundings are incredibly scenic, offering peaceful, picture-perfect views all around. It was honestly the best stay of my entire Azerbaijan trip. "First the pros Fabulous location, picturesque surrounding, beautiful lake. Lobby and bar is also grand with partial design. Many activities, like boating bowling, tours, mostly with significant price tags Very big lunch and dinner spread. Cons- We struggled for 15 minutes with room AC settings and then we're informed that AC is centrally controlled and the automated controls in the room are dummy. Breakfast time 8 to 11 am and dinner 6 to 9pm. At 9pm they simply cardon off the food stalls. So you have to finish before the designated time. We had to leave at 7am for our flight. We requested for early or packed breakfast. The reception desk told us that it will be charged (even though our package included prepaid breakfast and dinner). Bathroom and toilet glass doors without lock and latch. Big enough gaps in the door to peep inside. "

"The hotel has a beautiful view. I didn't enjoy the food much, but it was diverse. The restaurant in the evening was good. The spa is nice, and the pool has a mountain view. The room is lovely. At first, there was a small child next door who was very loud, so we asked to be moved. They relocated us. We left a day earlier than our paid booking, and they didn't refund us. Unfortunately. The mountains had melted significantly, so there was no point in staying. It was raining."
