"The property is located at very(!) mountainous terrain, it is really tough to get there by foot , and carrying luggage is making it really painful. Note: there is no any Uber-like service in the city (not related to the property itself, just general comment). We got a room in the basement floor and it was a bit cold inside (may). Cleaning is on demand (you have to ask for it at the reception or put a sign on the door. Staff warns you about it in advance). I had some issues with drying my towel as there was no any heater in the room. No issues with hot water, the bed was a bit firm to me but thats okay. Breakfast is okay-ish (typical austrian / german, eggs , bread, butter and some cold cuts, yogurt and juice is also available). Coffee was great. Personnel is very friendly and helpful."
