The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor ..I mean really flooded...I asked for 2 more pillows and that was an extra charge...the TV was uncontrollable...the bed was rock hard.....the breakfast was pathetic .....and to top it off they didn't clean my table after the last people which spilt coffee under the place mat only for me to put my arm straight on the spilt coffee ......sorry but I'm well travelled and never had such an experience .. Ps the front of house were very nice

This hotel is not worth the money they want for it. First of all, i was searching for a hotel in Rangsit area with breakfast and swimming pool and found this one. I booked a standard room, but at check-in we were told that all standard rooms are not in the building with the swimming pool (this address was mentioned in their profile on trip.com) but all standard rooms are in the dormitory building which is down the street about 300 meters from the main building. Thus we were not able to use the swimming pool, as i can't imagine a person that will feel comfortable by walking 300 meters along the street in his swimming suit. Beside of that the room itself was very basic, with no shelf to put your amentities in the shower, towels were very old, cockroaches were the size of your palm, wifi without password so anybody could steel your data. That was the worst place we stayed in Thailand for this price.

If we talk about the location, it is considered good because it is not too far from Future Rangsit and not too far if you come by BTS at Kapo station. But if we compare the price with the room, we think the price is similar to a famous city hotel.

The room is old. The pictures do not match the accommodation. However, the location is convenient and easy to find. The price is acceptable. The staff are enthusiastic and provide good service.

The room is okay. The bed is not hard. It's near food and the market. There's also a beauty salon. It's really good. The location is really good.

I remember the toilet paper in Thai hotels is really thin. And I don't understand why there's no hot water for showering.

Good, beautiful, convenient, clean and there are many restaurants near the hotel, convenient for eating.

I was confused. I had to ask what building to move to, but no one took me there. I just walked there myself. I pointed out the exit and guessed that my sister had walked that far. 🤣 The room I got might have been old, so it looked old compared to other places I've slept in at the same price. So I wasn't really happy.

Clean, breakfast available, available 24 hours. Quiet and comfortable rest

Overall good, but the water flows very slowly.
