"The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff was kind. The hotel prepared free breakfast for us! The nearby location has many restaurants and supermarkets, which is quite convenient for us! The only weak point was that the hotel's water was slow, and the room we stayed in had a problem with the door, but the staff was ready to help."

"Overall, the stay is very comfortable and i will definitely come back during my next trip. Had a few issues in the room but nothing complicated, the staff were very friendly and helpful, all problems solved within half an hour. Breakfast is good with normal usual choices (toast is good! Strawberry jam and pandan kaya paste is good too!) but the dining environment is superb and cooling. Would 100% recommend this hotel 😄"

"The location of this home stay is excellent, less than 5km driving distance to Raub Town, which makes it very convenient.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. 1. The homestay does not provide basic toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, so we need to go to buy a new one as we forgot to bring it.
2. The bedsheet had small holes and should be replaced to maintain comfort and cleanliness.
3. Noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke - it would be much better if the place could be made a non-smoking accommodation to ensure a fresher environment for all guests.
4. Noticed the sugar or creamer provided were already expired, which raised concerns about attention to detail and quality control.
Overall, the stay was convenient because of the location, but with better upkeep, fresher supplies, and stricter rules on smoking, the experience could be much more pleasant."
