"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really pleasant stay at Premier Inn Buckhurst Hill. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d especially like to mention Nihal, the manager, who was excellent. He was professional, approachable and genuinely made an effort to make sure everything was running smoothly and that guests were well looked after. His friendly attitude and attention to customer service really stood out. Thank you to Nihal and the whole team for making my stay enjoyable. I would happily stay at Premier Inn Buckhurst Hill again and would definitely recommend it to others!"

"Stayed here overnight before flying from Stansted. We had a lovely room with a 4 poster bed. It was fantastic. The staff were excellent, froendly and chatty. The food in the restaurant was good pub grub and very good value for money. We were able to park right outside the room and everything was well organised. Highly recommend this place."

"Absolutely miserable and rude receptionist when we arrived. Told I had to park for parking which I didn’t know about then grunted and waved to a machine across the hall. After I paid she told me there was a discount code. Then said it was too late to use it and she couldn’t help me. Awful service. The shower was filthy and cracked. The hotel weren’t interested and the receptionist then lied and said she tried to help me! Do they really think I would willingly pay more if I knew I had a discount. Couldn’t even have a shower and got a cleaning fee refund from trip. Will not be back. Awful place. The breakfast staff were lovely this morning, the night receptionist clearly hates her job."

"Great welcome from Mariksa on reception on arrival. Asked if I was an IHG which I am & explained the hotel layout, meal times etc. I booked through Trip.com as they offered me a better room rate than IHG directly & I use them for all of my train journeys. Newly refurbished room on first floor overlooking the car park. Extremely clean & well maintained. Only downside was as it’s close to the M25 it was still fairly noisy. Location okay for where i intended to be the next day but limited dining facilities in the retail park opposite. I’d like to say thanks to Martin from the kitchen who kindly provided me with some plasters incase my new shoes rubbed, as the receptionist was busy elsewhere."

"My partner and I have stayed at Gravesend Travelodge every 2-4 weeks for five years. We have always had excellent experiences—until our most recent stay. We were checked into Room 104, which best meets my needs as a wheelchair user with multiple health conditions. After almost an hour of us being settled in this room, we were informed that management ordered us be moved due to “maintenance issues.” The room was perfectly fine while we were there. Being forced to repack and relocate to another room caused considerable physical strain and distress. I cannot imagine an able-bodied guest being told to move after already being settled. What made matters worse was the room we were relocated to had maintenance issues, as the AC/heating unit made loud banging and water-filling noises all night, making it difficult to sleep. After five years of consistently outstanding stays, this experience was very disappointing and extremely distressing. There was a lack of empathy or regard towards my accessibility needs. I hope that this is taken seriously, no guest, disabled or otherwise, should ever be treated in this manner."

"Breakfast states £10.99 unlimited, This is not the case by 9.45 no pastries and cooked that was there was dry. The lady chef wasn’t interested in cooking for our table and manager talked about our table quite loudly and not in a nice manor. The whole experience was really poor and quite intimidating. Waitress was apologetic for work colleagues behaviour. Definitely won’t be returning unfortunately."
