"It was a nice stay. Initially we booked the junior suite. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade. That was nice as we received a 20% discount on the dinners and 10% on the spa.
My girlfriend -as a massage specialist - enjoyed the deep tissue massage (she gave it a 7.5). We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also the lounge was nice and we had some drinks and bites end of day. All in all a nice stay and very friendly service.
Location is very close to the airport, which made it a nice stay at the end of our trip."

"Beautiful place with amazing personnel, nice, helpful, and friendly. The location is away from the town, but ideal when looking for a place to enjoy the quietness and the beauty of the nature. The breakfast was amazing, super tasty. A place to repeat."

"Nice hotel, fairly priced and very secure. Nice pool with enough reclining chairs. The gym was the right size for the hotel and had a fair amount of equipment. The restaurant was higher end than expected with great food and service. Overall, the employees were very eager to please and help us with anything that we needed. The hotel is about 1 kilometer from a new shopping mall (El Jardin). Overall, I was highly satisfied and would return here."

"The facility was very nice and extremely well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful as needed. The room was a little small but not cramped. The included breakfast was always good. They say they have a restaurant, but if you want extra meals, you must negotiate a price, and you pretty much get what they are cooking for the meal, and not have a menu with pricing. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked.
The website photos are accurate.
Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch.
My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good.
Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival."

GGuest UserThe location is right next to the airport, so it is recommended only as a hostel before departure. It's a little far to go out to the city. The facilities are good and the hygiene is good. Breakfast is not bad.
