"The service was absolutely terrible!!! The dinner and breakfast restaurants clearly had plenty of seating, but when they saw us, Chinese people weren't allowed in. Later, Germans were allowed in. When we ordered a sunny-side-up egg for breakfast, we were lectured on how to say it. Seriously?! There was absolutely no service whatsoever. Simply making a request was met with constant rejection. Avoid this place at all costs!!!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Hinterhuber. We were extremely satisfied with everything – the beautiful location, the exceptionally nice, clean and spacious rooms, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcome and genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. We would especially like to praise the organization of the ski shuttle. The driver is exceptionally pleasant and kind. We have never experienced such a well-organized system anywhere else – truly 10/10. The breakfast was excellent – everything very tasty and of high quality. The same goes for dinner. All the waiters were very friendly, attentive, and even knew how to joke with the guests, which created a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding and the design is beautiful. The afternoon snack is a fantastic idea and a very nice addition to the day. The SPA is exceptional. There are many features there that we have not seen anywhere else, and we travel a lot and try many hotels. The pool water was very warm and the massage area in the pool is amazing – we have never experienced such a good massage area in a pool before. The infrared sauna was also excellent. Everything the hotel offers is on a very high level, and you can really see that everything is done with heart. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful. We honestly have no complaints at all. We will definitely return and warmly recommend this hotel to everyone."

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was very warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate relaxation area that was perfect after a long day on the slopes. The hotel itself is very quiet, providing ideal conditions for rest and recovery after skiing. The service was outstanding, and the staff were consistently helpful and attentive. A special mention goes to the chef — every meal was absolutely perfect, and the restaurant team was friendly, professional, and responsive. We also enjoyed the pool, which was large enough and accessible throughout the day. The sauna, located separately from the pool area, was clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind after skiing. Overall, an excellent hotel for a relaxing ski holiday. Highly recommended!"
