The hotel is very clean,the staff are accomodating,the location is very accessible to piblic transpo..just 2 mins straight walk to Riyadh metro.with less than 5 mins walk to park and King Fahad library.it was a great experience staying at Mira Buss.Hotel.thank you.

This was the most disappointing hotel I stayed at during my month-long business trip in Riyadh. The hygiene wasn't a major issue, but the facilities were quite old. In terms of service, I booked a king-sized bed but was given a twin room. Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel at 4 AM, and the staff member said we could have a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM. However, a female staff member called me in the morning to say the latest we could check out was 1 PM. If there are internal coordination issues, please don't inform guests in advance next time. The breakfast was quite poor, with few options and low quality.
