"This resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us). It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy. At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again."

"We had my daughter’s 30th birthday on Saturday night . The space we had was great. The staff were lovely . However the bar service was extremely slow we ordered cocktails which took over 30 minutes to receive. We had to send a schnitzel with veg back as it was still very pink inside. Then when a new meal was brought out it was with salad and still not cooked. She ended up with a bowl of chips after over an hour of waiting. Very disappointing as we had a lot of people spending a huge amount of money and we booked about 5 rooms also. The staff were under the pump and way under staffed."

"The location of the hotel is okay. If you are not traveling by car, it is very convenient to take the bus. In addition, the room is also suitable for cooking and has a full set of kitchen utensils. The bad thing is that the sofa looks too dirty and smells bad, and the quilt on the bed looks old and unclean."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Francs JR pizza is a short walk and an excellent place. Motel is just 5min walk to the beach, amazing sunrises. The rooms come well equipped with kitchen utensils including toaster kettle, cutlery - all are Clean. Air Con/Heating works great. Shower works well and pumps out hot water when needed. The rooms and bathroom are well. Reception only operates between 2pm and 5pm but there are early check in and late check out boxes. They notifiy you via your booking agency or email how to check in out of hours. There is a pool - the staff are maintaing and cleaning everyday."

"This is located in Mermaid Cafe. I came to Gold Coast to attend a conference and stayed in Broadbeach area. I had a early morning flight from Gold Coast and wanted to spend the last night a little more nearer to airport. But found this place cozy and near to another beach. It was conveniently located near Tamborine Street bus stop from where you can take Bust # 777 to reach airport. Restaurants with seafood and other options are very near. Mermaid beach is also easily accessible from Camden Motor Inn. Reception was very helpful and check-in was smooth. She also printed my flight boarding pass upon my request. It seemed the facilities are not so good as they hanged the message that their pool was not heated and laundry was out of order. But when I got into my room, I found it was quite good. Spacios bedroom, comfortable and clean bed, nicely arranged kitchen made a very good impression to me. The stay was nice and well worth the price I paid for."

"The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach, very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The environment of the hotel is very elegant. We stayed in the middle of the night. We should temporarily cancel another reservation. I quickly found the Mermaid Hotel on Ctrip.com. Price, location, service, environment, sanitation are all good. It is worth recommending, Ctrip travel online booking is also cheap and fast."

"Had the best stay cay with my daughters for my 30th The motel itself is tiny, clean, and quiet the pool space was a hit with my girls Room was spacious only issue we had was the floors were a little sticky/dirty needed a good mop ! The supply of beach/pool towels would have been nice to ! Otherwise a great stay :)"
