"The hotel has a great location, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, which is very convenient. However, I'm not sure if there's road construction going on in Chifeng recently, but the traffic on the roadside is quite chaotic. Although the hotel has its own internal parking lot, there are almost no spaces left if you arrive late, so it's quite tight! Parking on the sidewalk was actually paid parking, marked with lines. The service was good, and the room was a bit small but still comfortable! The only odd thing is the floor arrangement; after the elevator takes you to your designated floor, you still have to climb half a flight of stairs to reach your destination. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!"

Environment: Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza for a stroll, and authentic Mongolian restaurants just a few minutes away. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!

After checking out, I found that the earrings were accidentally lost. I contacted the front desk. She was very patient and serious to help investigate and find. She actively followed up the whole process and the service was warm and thoughtful. Hygienic: The room is cleaned meticulously, the bedding is clean and odorless, the ground and bedside tables are clean and tidy, and the sanitary details are strictly controlled. Even if you bring pets, the environment is clean and refreshing, and you live in peace of mind. Facilities: Children like the theme bedding especially, the bed is moderately hard and soft, the room lighting and storage are complete, the curtains are shading and sound insulation are good; The hotel supports free parking, and it is pet-friendly. This kind of suite is really convenient, three people travel without having to book another suite. The room facilities are very good, the young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. This is the largest hot spring hotel in Reshuitang. The front desk upgraded me to room A. The room facilities were a bit old, and the sofa had obvious water stains or something, which was not pleasant to look at. The quality of the bath products needs improvement. There are many tour groups this season, so the breakfast was chaotic. It is the starting point of the Reshuitang-A'er line, so it is convenient for travel. Overall, it's acceptable!
